Liam Hemsworth's glamorous girlfriend Gabriella Brooks has been cruelly trolled after she wished her partner of five years a happy 35th birthday on Monday.
The Australian model, 28, shared a gallery of photos to Instagram, which captured some of the sweet moments she has shared with Liam.
In one photo, Liam has his arm tenderly wrapped around Gabriella as they posed against a scenic nature background.
Gabriella captioned the gallery with some heartfelt words: 'Happy Birthday to my sunshine.'
Despite her sweet words many of Gabriella's followers quickly took to the comment section to troll her, comparing her appearance to Liam's ex-wife Miley Cyrus.
'You look just like Miley,' one person wrote.

The Hunger Games star found love again with Gabriella in late 2019, following his separation and later divorce from the American pop star.
Liam and Miley confirmed their split in August 2019 and finalised their divorce in January 2020 after less than a year of marriage.
The on/off couple first began dating in 2010 after meeting on the set of The Last Song and got engaged for the first time in May 2012.
However, they then split up in September 2013 before reuniting in 2016.
They went on to tie the knot in December 2018 before splitting for good just eight months later.

Liam is believed to have then started dating Gabriella in December 2019.
They made their first red carpet appearance together in November 2020.
The ultra-private couple rarely post about each other on social media, and have only appeared in a handful of photos together.
Gabriella has carved out a career for herself as a model and made her catwalk debut at the 2023 Australia Fashion Week during the Cue fashion show.
Her debut was a landslide success and Cue's brand director Kate Bielenberg gushed over Gabriella's talents at the time.
'Gabby's amazing. She's such great girl and has such a great look,' she said in a statement, adding that she's the definition of 'cool girl vibes'.
'When she came in for castings, she was just so gorgeous and delighted everyone.'
