Mauricio Umansky has been slapped with a whole new set of tax liens following his $31,000 unsettled debt from previous years.

DailyMail.com has learned that the Buying Beverly Hills star was hit with four new tax liens last month that add up to $20,000.

The tax liens, which were filed in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office, were filed against Mauricio, 54, and his real estate companies, UMRO Realty Group and The Agency.

The tax liens obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com show that four of his offices in California each have unpaid taxes from 2024.

The most expensive one is for his Beverly Hills office - which is where Netflix filmed the first two seasons of his show before it got canceled - for $12,664.88.

Another tax lien is in Calabasas for $4,732.14, another lien is for The Agency's Sherman Oaks office, which is for $2,373.92, and the fourth tax lien is for the Marina Del Rey office, which is for $297.16.

Thus, the combined total for his new tax liens is $20,068.10.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Mauricio Umansky's rep for comment.

DailyMail.com previously reported that The Agency co-founder still has a total of $31,464.50 in unpaid taxes for the tax years 2022 and 2023 - making his total debt $51,532.60 exactly.

The multiple state tax liens, issued to UMRO Realty Corp and The Agency in the care of Mauricio, were for his various offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks.

On December 20, 2023, The Agency was hit with three liens in the amounts of $4,673.64, $3,878.19 and $290.15.

Prior to this, The Agency was hit with four liens on December 14, 2022, in the amounts of $16,777.97, $3,454.41, $2,120.67 and $269.47.

Additional documents obtained over the summer showed that Mauricio and his estranged wife Kyle Richards still have not paid off a $6,500 lien for their 2022 taxes.

The Franchise Tax Board in the State of California issued a tax lien to the exes on June 25, 2024, for owing $6,542.50 in taxes for the year 2022.

Mauricio and his real estate companies, UMRO Realty Group and The Agency, still owe $31k in unsettled debt from previous tax liens, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal

The tax lien included the address of the former couple's marital home - their seven bedroom, eight bath mansion in Encino, which they purchased in 2017 for $8.2 million.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has remained in their marital home while Mauricio has moved out into a luxury West Hollywood condo.

Shortly after DailyMail.com reported on the lien, Mauricio and Kyle, 56, - who announced their split in October 2023 after 27 years of marriage - were quick to make a payment to the government.

A release of their tax lien was filed on August 9, 2024, in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office.

Around the same time, Mauricio found himself in legal hot water over some allegedly fraudulent PPP loans he received during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The real estate mogul and The Agency were accused by plaintiff Realtor LLC of fraudulently obtaining $3.5 million in PPP loans during the pandemic.

The lawsuit alleges that the company falsified their applications for the Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) loans, and that they received $3,521,153.

Mauricio has denied the claims and a rep for The Agency has since responded, stating, 'The claims in this case do not reflect the reality of our operations and financial situation at the time we filed for our PPP loans, and we intend to vigorously defend against these meritless claims.'

The federal lawsuit was filed in July 2023, but, according to InTouch, the case did not get unsealed until last summer.

Mauricio and the other defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss in December, and then a hearing took place earlier this month, but a decision has yet to be made by the judge overseeing the case.

Mauricio, meanwhile, has been slammed by fans over apparently looking for real estate clients amid the catastrophic Pacific Palisades wildfires.

The wildfires are rapidly spreading across Los Angeles with firefighters conceding they remain powerless to contain the flames because of the strong winds.

It has been reported that at least 24 people have been killed in the fires.

Sharing devastating images of the fire from his home, Mauricio took to Instagram to write: 'I am praying for all who lost their homes.

'I'm praying for Los Angeles and for winds to stop. I am praying for our brave fire fighters. This is so devastating myself and The Agency will do whatever we can in our power to help.'

The reality star's post was swiftly slammed by followers with one writing: 'Helping how? Charging $50 million for a house?' which prompted a reply from a follower.

Mauricio and Kyle have yet to file for divorce although it has been a topic of conversation on this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Kyle continues to shed light on her marital issues in new episodes of RHOBH, which air every Tuesday at 8/7c on Bravo

The follower wrote: 'Getting sued by PPP fraud for stealing from the state of California?'

Someone else commented: 'Thoughts and prayers with LA and I don’t think trying to sell houses immediately after people lost homes, memories and animals. Plus natural beauty is a great idea.'

On Friday, Mauricio announced The Agency in Marina Del Rey - one of the offices that has an active tax lien - will be accepting donations for the wildfire victims.

'The Agency’s Donation & Resource Center at 13470 Washington Blvd, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 will begin accepting drop-offs at 9 AM on January 11th, with pick-up available January 12th–19th from 9 AM – 6 PM.
