Jessica Simpson has officially listed her Hidden Hills mansion for $17.9 million just days before announcing her split from husband Eric Johnson after 10 years of marriage.
The TV personality, 44 - who has 'already recorded a heartbreak album' about the shock separation - put the lavish abode on the market on January 11 after being evacuated amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, per The U.S. Sun.
On Monday, Simpson issued a statement to People to reveal she and Johnson 'have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage.'
The mother-of-three purchased the residence in 2013 for $11.5 million from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
Jessica previously listed the property in September 2023 for $22 million, but took it off the market last year in August.
The house offers seven bedrooms and a whopping 13 bathrooms, while the grand foyer contains a spiral staircase.

The 13,274 square foot mansion sits on 2.25 acres of land in the upscale neighborhood.
There are a number of floor-to-ceiling windows that offer natural light to stream inside, while a spacious kitchen has a breakfast nook and walk-in pantry.
The backyard has plenty of green lawn as well as a rectangular-shaped swimming pool that offers views of the surrounding hills.
However, Simpson slashed her original asking price of $22 million down to $17.9 as she relisted the residence this month.
Earlier last week on January 9, Jessica revealed that she and her family were forced to evacuate the house amid the L.A. fires.
The Kenneth Fire started in Woodland Hills, and also caused the entire Kardashian family to leave their own mansions until the evacuation orders were dropped.
At the time, Simpson uploaded a photo to her Instagram stories to show dark smoke that was near her backyard.
In text added towards the bottom of the image, the star penned, 'We stayed as long as we could.'

The singer has often posted photos of herself and family at the spacious home on social media.
During the holiday season, Jessica stopped to take a variety of snaps while standing in the foyer of the abode.
A tall Christmas tree could be seen near the spiral staircase, which was surrounded by wooden flooring and large windows.
Other portions of the mansion contain dark wood paneling on the walls which match the flooring. A living room includes a white fireplace which is bordered by ornate light fixtures.
Aside from putting the mansion back on the market amid her split from Eric Johnson, Simpson has also gone back to her passion for music to 'record a heartbreak album.'
Jessica and Eric tied the knot in 2014 and share three children: Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, five.
She has already recorded the new music in Nashville, Tennessee - where she moved to in 2023 to reconnect with her country music 'roots.'
And the star has many songs on the album that have to do with heartbreak as she penned them when her marriage to Eric Johnson was unraveling, DailyMail.com has learned.

'It will be about her broken heart, so, yeah, I guess you can call it a revenge, a heartbreak album,' a source told DailyMail.com after the star announced on Monday she is living separately from Eric.
'When Jessica writes music, she pours her heart into it and has no filter, it's very personal.'
The insider added, 'So the album will really be about the struggles she has been through at home. It is super emotional and shares her side of the story. She has been working on the album for years, there is a lot in there.'
In addition to working in Nashville, she has been recording at Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles.
The last time she posted a photo with Eric to her Instagram page was in September 2023 so it seems the marital strife has been lingering for a while.
Jessica and Eric notably separated after 10 years of marriage, it was reported on Monday.
'Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,' the singer shared in a statement with People, in regards to her marriage to the former NFL player.
'Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family,' she added.

The Take My Breath Away hitmaker - who's had a number of high-profile romances - and the retired tight end tied said 'I do' back in 2014, after four years of dating.
The star was last pictured wearing her wedding ring in 2023. Recently, Simpson was spotted sans wedding ring once again in December, adding fuel to the rumors that her decade-long marriage to Johnson was on the rocks.
The couple hasn't been spotted together since Birdie's kindergarten graduation back on June 7, and Jessica's Instagram has been conspicuously Eric-free since their Easter celebration on April 9.
Jessica raised eyebrows by failing to give Eric a birthday shout-out on his 45th birthday on September 10, further igniting rumors of a marital rift.
Adding fuel to the fire, the former NFL star has also been spotted without his wedding ring in recent outings.
'When Jessica writes music, she pours her heart into it and has no filter, it's very personal,' the source said
Jessica fueled the chatter with a cryptic social media post last year on November 11 that appeared to throw shade at someone close to her.
'Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic,' began the singer in her caption. 'This comeback is personal, it's an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.'
Her quote raised eyebrows as followers tried to guess who made her put up with 'everything I did not deserve.'
Simpson previously explained how the children she shares with husband Eric Johnson inspired her to return to performing.
'I'm doing this as a mother now, as a wife. I was a wife last time, but this is a very different marriage,' she told Bustle in July 2023.
The Dukes of Hazzard actress noted that her kids have 'never seen' her perform live, explaining Maxwell saw her first concert with Kim Kardashian's daughter North West.
In September, Simpson explained to People that she took time off from her career to focus on her family after marrying Johnson in 2014.
After spending the summer working on new music in Nashville, Simpson said her kids are 'very excited, and they know that I'm living my dream and that's what I was born to do.
'To have them experience that with me is going to be really beautiful,' said Simpson.
In August, Simpson opened up about her sobriety after an online troll told her to stop drinking.
'I haven't wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it has been the best decision I've made for myself and for my family,' she wrote.
'Thank you for your concern, but you have me very misunderstood,' added Simpson. 'Sending love your way.'
