The influencer rang in the big occasion surrounded by friends and her new toyboy boyfriend Grayson Te Moana, 22, at an upmarket Gold Coast restaurant, sharing photos of the swanky evening on Instagram.
However, it wasn't long before fans realised that Tammy had celebrated her 31st birthday at the exact same venue - only with a different man by her side.
One year ago, Tammy was still married to Love Island star Matt Zukowski.
Meanwhile, photos taken at her 32nd captured Tammy and Grayson sharing some intimate moments together, as they posed for the camera and he tenderly rubbed his face against hers.
She captioned the gallery with some heartfelt words: 'Never manage to organise anything myself for my birthday but got surprised by some special humans.

Earlier this month, Tammy broke her silence over her new romance with the decade-younger Grayson.
The influencer revealed in February that she had struck up a relationship with the Sydney model.
Tammy appeared on the Hit Network Drive with Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott, where she was promptly asked for details on her new relationship.
The radio duo were probing Tammy for more information about her new man, and she seemed sheepish about spilling the beans.
'You are a hot, into each other couple right now, and I'm loving that for you, babe,' Lucy said.
Still reluctant to divulge details about her romance, Tammy replied, 'Look, I'm having a great time.'

'You guys can do your own investigations,' she said. 'I'm not ready.'
Tammy admitted that the reason she wasn't keen to give up too many details was that she wanted to 'protect' Grayson and their relationship.
'The thing is, I like being an open book, I want to be an open book, but this is something I just want to protect a little bit,' she said.
The couple 'hard-launched' their romance in February at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney.
Tammy and Grayson were inseparable throughout the night and at one point she passionately embraced and kissed him for the cameras, leaving no doubt the pair were an item.
