Orange Is the New Black star Taryn Manning sparked concern with her disheveled appearance on Monday as she stepped out in Los Angeles.
The actress, 46, looked markedly different from her previous public outings, looking unrecognizable as she posed at night while sitting on the trunk of a car with a Trump/Vance sticker.
She was far from her red carpet glamour, appearing disoriented and with a visible red scratch on her hand.
Manning — who starred as Tiffany 'Pennsatucky' Doggett in the hit Netflix series — wore a white t-shirt featuring the logo of punk band Suicidal Tendencies.
A white zip-up hoodie jacket, which she paired with white joggers, partially covered her unkempt hair.
The 8 Mile star — who sparked concern last year with a viral, sexually explicit rant — drew attention to a red mark on her hand while adjusting her sweatpants.

Manning — who grew up living in a trailer park with her brother and mother — was last seen in December as she stepped out in Palm Springs. She sported an eccentric holiday ensemble on her way to a Christmas party.
Dressed in a white fur-trimmed jacket, baggy gray shorts, and knee-high yellow suede boots, Taryn embraced her offbeat style with flair.
The former leading lady is supposed to be making a triumphant return to Hollywood after landing a role in the indie drama Out Come The Wolves, where she is starring alongside Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito.
Last month it was reported that filming for the feature was underway in Portland, Oregon.
The film, which marks the directorial debut of producer Danny Peykoff, will see Manning portray 'a mother who never wanted a kid and never fails to hide it,' according to The Hollywood Reporter.
She was previously taken to psychiatric hospital Silver Hill in nearby Connecticut in 2016, after suffering a breakdown on the Orange Is the New Black set, as per The Hollywood Reporter.
Manning checked out after two days, but later worked with a sober companion for a month. At the time she stated she 'doesn’t have a problem, nor does she partake in drugs of any kind.'
'I've never even seen methamphetamine. Nothing. Never. I'm not saying I’ve never done drugs. I've made it clear [on Instagram] that I used to do a bump [of cocaine] here and there, but not anymore,' she told the publication, adding, 'I call it the devil's dandruff — can't stand it.'
In 2023, Manning sparked concern after the slurring star posted a three minute video detailing graphic sexual acts she had performed on an unnamed married lover.

She detailed how she performed alleged sexual acts on the man, wanted to buy him a boat, and claimed his wife threatened her with a restraining order.
She said: 'Every night, well, for about three nights in a row…I was l*****g his b******e because he liked it, and I didn’t mind doing it! Is that weird? That is what demons do.'
Manning went on to describe a confrontation that she had with the man's wife.
Manning said she 'can't stand' the man's wife, who she claimed branded her a lunatic and told her 'You get out of my life or I’ll get an RO [restraining order] on you.'
In a second shock video the star claimed the married man performed a sex act on her during the drive to Newport Beach.
Manning was previously arrested in November 2014 in New York City on charges of criminal contempt for allegedly violating a restraining order and making criminal threats against her former roommate. However the charges were later dropped.
Manning began acting in the late 1990s. She is best known for her breakout role as the tough, rebellious Tina in Britney Spears' 2002 film Crossroads.
She later gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Pennsatucky in the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black, earning critical acclaim for her complex performance. The show ran from 2013 until 2019.
Her other notable performances include the popular series Sons of Anarchy (2008–2010), the film Hustle & Flow (2005), and the 2002 Eminem movie 8 Mile.
Manning also pursued a music career, releasing two albums with her band, Boomkat, and collaborating with artists like Kanye West.
Despite facing public controversy, including backlash over her 2021 film Karen, Manning has continued to work in the entertainment industry.
She was previously engaged to Anne Cline but the pair ended their engagement in 2021.
Taryn and Anne had tried to workout their differences, but ultimately decided they weren't compatible.

The two had only been together for about three months at the time they got engaged, as they were first linked back in March of 2021.
Back in 2020, Taryn supported her Crossroads costar Spears during the #FreeBritney movement.
The actress shared a still from Crossroads of herself, Britney, and their co-stars Zoe Saldana and Anson Mount, writing: 'Such a wonderful time with this crew!'
She continued: 'Britney I know you're strong af and have your own brain and thought process. To me you look happy and like you're having a blast! Keep up the happy posts and your faith in Jesus Christ. How about instead of #freebritney we say #GodIsWatchingOverBritney.'
