A major Justice League hero is officially joining Man of Tomorrow.
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Aaron Pierre, who is making his DC Universe debut in HBO's Lanterns this fall, will be reprising the role of John Stewart/Green Lantern in the Superman continuation. The news comes only a week after the first trailer for the upcoming DCU drama was released.
Principal photography is set to begin in Atlanta this year, with David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult reprising the roles of Superman and Lex Luthor. The film, which will be directed by Gunn, based on a screenplay he wrote, will also see Rachel Brosnahan's Lois Lane return after her 2025 debut.
