The model, 47, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony over the weekend just days after getting engaged, with sources saying even her family were unaware of the star's new relationship.
Posting a video on Instagram Stories, Katie addressed the 'noise' surrounding her fourth husband and their whirlwind relationship, after returning to the UK from her trip to the UAE.

Katie landed back in the UK on Monday following the whirlwind wedding and told fans in an Instagram video she has 'lots to catch you up on'.
Lee, meanwhile, shared a picture of himself and Katie at their nuptials and wrote: 'We know the truth and that's what matters'.
Followers had been taken aback by the sudden turn of events, which came shortly after the television personality's split from MAFS star JJ Slater.
Speaking in the back of a taxi, Katie said: 'So I am now back in the UK. Oh my god I can't wait to get home. Obviously the time difference, I didn't sleep on the plane. I've missed my CBD. So I know I'm going to have a good sleep tonight.
'So yeah get back into the routine of sleep. Anyone who suffers anxiety, who can't sleep like me because my brain is so busy that is what I take at night to sleep.
'Thank you for all your messages. I've got lots to catch you up on'.

Lee popped the question to Katie, making him her ninth fiancé following her recent split from 'blindsided' ex-partner JJ.
Sources told the Daily Mail the news also came as a complete shock to the MAFS UK star, who is currently in Miami with his family while 'healing his broken heart'.
Last week, the Daily Mail revealed that Katie ended her romance with JJ, which began in February 2024, after realising she didn't see a future with him.

KIERAN HAYLER (2013 - 2021)
Showing herself to be a true woman of the times, Katie embarked on a romance with former stripper Kieran after the two met on the now-defunct Blackberry Messenger service in 2012. And just two months after altering the paths of their lives via those thumb-tapped fateful opening messages, the twosome would go on to exchange nuptials in the Caribbean. Kieran proposed to a thrilled Katie on Christmas Day 2012, and just three weeks later, the pair would be pronounced husband and wife in the idyllic shores of the Bahamas on January 16, 2013. They had their marriage blessed in Weston-super Mare, and in the months that followed, it appeared that Katie had finally found her happily ever after. They welcomed son Jett in August 2013, and daughter Bunny in August 2014. But Katie's world came crashing down in 2014, when she discovered that Kieran had cheated on her with her close friend of 20 years, Jane Pountney, and was enjoying a fling with another of her pals, Chrissy Thomas. After publicly lashing out at all parties involved (and naming her pet pigs after her friends-turned-foes), Katie appeared determined to make things work when she renewed her vows with Kieran in 2015. But alas, it would not turn out to be third time lucky for Katie, as the pair split in 2018 amid even more cheating allegations. Their 'amicable' divorce was finalised in early 2021.
