‘Wicked,’ ‘Challengers,’ ‘Conclave,’ ‘Agatha All Along,’ ‘Shōgun’ Among 2025 CDGA Award Nominees

The Costume Designers Guild unveiled the nominees for the 27th CDGA (Costume Designers Guild Awards) on December 13, showcasing a wide variety of work across film, TV, and short form.

Among the nominees for feature film are Oscar frontrunners “Nosferatu” (Linda Muir), “Wicked” (Paul Tazewell), “Conclave” (Lisy Christl), and “Emilia Pérez” (Virginie Montel). In TV, “Agatha All Along” (Daniel Selon), “Fallout” (Amy Westcott), and “Shōgun” (Carlos Rosario) scored noms.

We look forward to celebrating your incredible achievements on this magical evening. Best wishes to each nominee,” Terry Gordon, President of the Costume Designers Guild, IATSE Local 892, said in a statement.

Winners in all nine categories will be announced at the CDGA ceremony Thursday, February 6, 2025, at The Ebell of Los Angeles. Western Costume returns as a Premiere Sponsor of the 27th CDGA. A host, presenters, and additional sponsors and honorees are still to be announced in the coming weeks.
