Holly Willoughby has reportedly been offered a whopping £1M by ITV bosses as they attempt to 'future-proof' their relationship with the star.

The deal would see the former This Morning host, 43, stay with the broadcaster for another 12-months and present a full series of reboot gameshow You Bet! alongside Dancing On Ice co-host Stephen Mulhern, which aired two specials over the festive season.

According to The Sun Holly would also be offered another primetime Saturday night show as well as a game show.

A source told the publication:  'ITV chiefs are attempting to future-proof their relationship with Holly, who they very much see as having launched and nurtured her career on the network.

'But they also understand she has earned her place as one of Britain's biggest TV stars, and inevitably rivals will make her offers,  so they feel they have to tempt her to stay'.

Before adding: 'Of course, it's entirely up to Holly if she takes up ITV's deal or starts to consider her options elsewhere.'

Meanwhile Holly is already finding opportunities away from ITV with her new Netflix Series Celebrity Bear Hunt set to hit screens in a matter of months

She will be swapping her glamorous red carpet ensembles for a pair of camouflage hot pants and hiking boots as she prepares to host the action-packed show in Costa Rica alongside adventurer Bear Grylls, 50.

According to Netflix, the competition show, which is set to launch on the streaming service on February 5, sees a group of unlikely celebrities get dropped into the Central American jungle as prey for one of the world's most fearsome predators – Bear.

Bear believes there’s an action hero inside us all - even the celebrities - but how strong is their will to survive?

As Bear puts them through their paces, those who fail to impress will face the dreaded 'Bear Hunt' – a brutal game of cat and mouse where they’ll be hunted down by Bear himself and, if captured, face elimination from the show.

In one stunning first look snap, Holly looked nothing short of sensational as she donned a pair of camouflage hot pants and smoldered for the camera alongside the British adventurer

Several other daring snaps showed the thrill seekers either hanging out of a helicopter or riding a large motorbike.
