And what resets everyday?

Pokémon Pokopia uses a real-time clock in-game, with the time of day affecting some appearances of Pokémon in habitats. Notably, this real-time clock keeps track of how long it takes to finish constructing new buildings, with some buildings noting that they'll be done in about 15 minutes, and others saying that they'll be ready "tomorrow."

The daily reset time in Pokopia is when "tomorrow" hits, but there are also a few other things affected by this time, like new items in the daily shop. Below we explain what time a new day starts in Pokémon Pokopia and what to look out for on each new day.

When does a new day start in Pokémon Pokopia?

Based on our testing, the day changes over at 5 a.m. local time (or the time set on your console). After 5 a.m. each morning, any big buildings (like Pokémon Centers or large houses) will finish and the other daily things in the game will reset.

What changes every day in Pokopia?

When the day changes in Pokopia, a slew of things will change in the game, including the following:

  • Pokémon will have new specific requests to improve their living conditions (if they're not maxed out already).
  • New glowing spots on the ground to dig up relics from will appear.
  • Any buildings that were set to finish "tomorrow" will be done.
  • New items in the daily shop will appear.
  • New daily tasks to complete will appear.
  • New habitat hints may potentially appear.
  • You can access a new Drifloon Dream Island.
  • Vending machines will restock.
  • Shops run by Pokémon will restock.
  • You can use the Pokémon Center healing machine once per day.

There may be more things that reset each day, but these are the ones we noticed.
