Tim McGraw celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary with wife Faith Hill by sharing rare throwback photos of the couple.
The 59-year-old country singer, who suffered an onstage mishap just a few months earlier, jumped to his main Instagram page on Tuesday as he reflected on Hill's 'beautiful soul.'
'30 years, today 30 years of our marriage,' he began in the sweet caption.
'That day, October 6, 1996, under an old locust tree(I think) in my Aunt's backyard in Rayville, Louisiana,' McGraw further recalled.
The music artist added that in 'front of our closest family and friends, I was bound to the most beautiful soul.'
He expressed that he 'was and still am bewildered by her capacity to love, forgive, nurture and be full of joy and laughter. She is a gift to the world for sure, however, for us, we get Her, all of her.'

'It's difficult to describe what she means, she is the center of gravity to my life and our girls lives and anyone who knows Audrey Faith McGraw.'
The star concluded by sending his love to Hill as well as, 'You are my best friend. My lover. My wife. My shelter in any and every storm.'
'And the sunrise afterwards. Many more sunrises and sunsets. Many more beautiful memories to come. I am a fortunate man.'
The caption was penned alongside a montage of photos of the couple from over the years as well as a few short reels.

Only a few months later in October 1996, Hill and McGraw tied the knot during an intimate backyard wedding
McGraw and Hill first crossed paths in 1994 while attending a Country Radio Seminar Showcase and were both in separate relationships at the time.
Two years later, the pair reconnected when the songstress was the opening act during McGraw's Spontaneous Combustion tour.
That same year, when they were both single, the singers began dating. 1996 was a special year for the lovebirds, and the two also became engaged in June.
Only a few months later in October, Hill and McGraw tied the knot during an intimate backyard wedding.
Throughout the course of their marriage, the performers have welcomed three daughters: Gracie, 29, Maggie, 28 and Audrey, 24.
McGraw has previously opened up about his sobriety journey, which began in 2008, and has given credit to Hill.
During an appearance on The Tim Ferriss Show earlier this year, the singer stated: 'I was running hard back in the day. I was drinking a lot.
'That didn't stop after we got married, but she beat it out of me after a while. I was just doing everything.'

'I didn't want to lose her. She's just magic. She's magic. Not just her singing and her looks and all that,' McGraw expressed
He explained how he had gotten to 'a point where I needed to slow down.'
'I didn't want to lose her. She's just magic. She's magic. Not just her singing and her looks and all that,' McGraw expressed.
'That's all a bonus, but as a person, she's just magic. She just lights up a room and she lit me up and still does.'
The singer also gushed that he 'wouldn't be the same artist had I not met her.'
And on Zane Lowe's Apple Music podcast in 2023, the singer admitted: 'I guarantee you, had I not gotten married to Faith at 29-years-old, A, I probably would have ran my career into the ground and B, I would have died or ran my career into the ground one or the other.
'It wouldn't have ever been where it is now,' he continued, adding that Hill had dealt with his drinking for, 'a while because I was pretty sneaky about it.'
'When the kids got old enough to notice things is when she finally said "You gotta figure this out."'

In regards to the secret to their long-lasting marriage, McGraw told Entertainment Tonight in 2023 that the pair had made a promise to each other.
'We just made a commitment early on, when we first decided we were getting married and having kids, that we wouldn’t just walk out the door when problems arose,' he said.
A few weeks before the anniversary milestone, McGraw shared a 59th birthday tribute to his wife on Instagram.
'Hey, if you happen to see the most beautiful girl in the world…….its her birthday!!!!' the singer wrote. 'I love you baby! Happy birthday and we got a bunch more to go together!!!!! ♥️.'
