For A-list couple Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, newlywed life is all about adjusting to a new normal.

Their daily routines are not unlike any other married couple, apart from the fact that she is a billionaire pop star and he is a three-time Super Bowl champion. Between working out together, packing 'protein' into their shared meals and spending time with their family, it appears that Swift, 36, and Kelce, 37, have happily adjusted to life as husband and wife.

But as one insider exclusively told the Daily Mail, it may not be long before the 14-time Grammy winner emerges from her sanctuary of married bliss and aims her career ambitions to 'New Heights' – that is, earning her first-ever Academy Award.

'Taylor has been finding the balance between work and married life, but she has told friends that she loves being Mrs Kelce and loves saying she is a married woman. She has found the one,' the insider told us.

Although the early days of their relationship, which began in 2023, largely revolved around Swift's busy schedule as part of her record-breaking Eras Tour, these days it is Swift who is supporting Kelce, as he embarks on what many believe to be his last season playing in the NFL.

'When she is with Travis, she does everything to support him because he is working so hard on football,' the source said.

For Swift, much of that support includes working out in the gym with Kelce, lifting weights, and fully adapting their diet to meet the demands of his grueling football regimen.

'They work out a ton together,' the insider said. 'They love to lift weights and stay strong, and they stick to a lean diet. There is a lot of protein in their meals.'

It's no secret that Swift is an avid baker in the kitchen; she even revealed on her husband's New Heights podcast in August 2025 that the couple was 'very deep in a sourdough obsession' amid his pre-season training last year.

These days, the source shared that Swift has 'eased off' on the sweets because Kelce 'needs to be in the best shape of his life,' though she does occasionally make his 'favorite' treat of French toast from time to time.

It is likely the couple is spending most of their time during the NFL season at Kelce's $6 million mansion, located in a gated community near Kansas City and just an 18-mile drive to Arrowhead Stadium.

It was in the backyard rose garden of that same property where Kelce proposed to Swift in August 2025.

Although the couple's suburban abode has a whopping six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the 17,000sq ft mansion may be feeling a little crowded lately with the recent addition of a new furry friend: Kelce and Swift's white Samoyed dog, Wendy.

The pair reportedly introduced the fluffy canine to their family about a year ago, which came as a surprise to many 'Swifties' considering the singer is famously a lover of cats.

But according to our insider, Swift's felines Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson and Benjamin Button cohabitate nicely with Wendy, as they all 'spend a lot of time' together at home.

Most of their days are also spent with Kelce's family, including his mother Donna Kelce, who is frequently pictured next to Swift at Kansas City Chiefs games. It was only two weeks ago when Swift was seen embracing Donna inside their private suite at Arrowhead Stadium, as they both watched the Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers.

As fans are well aware, Swift has developed a newfound love for Kelce's native state of Ohio. Last month, she released a new single off her expanded album, The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, dubbed 'Cleveland!'

The pair are also in the midst of renovating Kelce's new $5.35 million lakefront mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, just a few miles from his hometown of Cleveland Heights.

'They see a ton of Travis' family and she loves his mom. Taylor stays super busy,' the insider said.

While some WAGs may dislike their partner's demanding football schedule driving a wedge in their relationship, it appears Swift and Kelce have a mutual agreement when it comes to Kelce's dedication to the sport.

'She accepts that Travis has to commit so much time to the Chiefs,' our source said.

'She never complains because football is his passion. He has been in practice since August, so he has been hyper-focused for a long time.'

Despite the singer's enduring support for Kelce during his busiest time of the year, it appears Swift is also planning her next career move.

The star has been writing new music, the source said, with already enough material to fill her next two albums.

'Taylor takes notes, hums new melodies and reads a lot of books for inspiration,' they added.

Of course, it helps that Swift has 'been catching up' with the handful of famous musicians in her inner circle, such as Este Haim and Selena Gomez, as well as her personal 'mentors' Carly Simon and Stevie Nicks.

Between a grueling football season, new music and what will likely be an Oscars campaign for her Toy Story 5 song I Knew It, I Knew You, enjoying the solitude of married life yet keeping up with the demands of Hollywood is no small feat.

But for Swift and Kelce, whose entire three-year relationship has largely played out in the spotlight, it appears that maintaining their post-wedding bliss amid the chaos has become almost second nature for the couple.

'Taylor doesn't mind all the traveling she does for her career and for Travis' career,' our source said. 'She hops between their homes and has a great team around her.'
