The Terrifier franchise has no female equivalent for Art the Clown, but Terrifier 3’s ending did set up one from an unexpected source.Terrifier 3’s brutally gory kills are hard for some viewers to stomach, but they aren’t the scariest thing about the controversial slasher sequel. Terrifier 3’s Art the Clown accomplice Vicky provides some of the movie’s most memorably shocking moments, even though her kill count is technically lower than Art the Clown’s impressive streak. Anyone who has seen the already-infamous glass shard scene can attest to the disturbing intensity of Vicky’s evil zeal.
Although Art the Clown recovers from certain death in the Terrifier movies, his accomplice Vicky can't. There is a disturbing justification for this.
However, Terrifier 3 doesn’t do much to explain Vicky’s presence. The character began life as the potential Final Girl in 2016’s Terrifier, eventually being driven to murderous madness after Art caught her, tortured her, and ate most of her face. In Terrifier 2, Vicky spent most of the movie committed to an institution for the criminally insane after brutally murdering a reporter. In that sequel’s ending, she was possessed by the Terrifier franchise’s Little Pale Girl demon and gave birth to Art the Clown’s severed head. This is the point Terrifier 3’s story picked up from.

Vicky Effectively Turns Herself Into A Clown In Terrifier 3’s Ending
Throughout Terrifier 3’s story, Vicky fashions a new look for herself that resembles Art’s iconic clown costume. Although she begins the movie wearing a nondescript hospital gown and remains in this outfit for the first half of Terrifier 3’s runtime, viewers are eventually treated to the unexpectedly whimsical sight of Vicky sewing herself a new outfit while Art is busy murdering locals. During the finale, Vicky dons this black and white number that resembles a cross between a clown costume, an apron, and a stage outfit for a magician’s assistant. There is a reason behind this transformation.

Vicky creates a costume like Art’s because she is becoming more like the clown.
Although Vicky can’t possess Sienna in Terrifier 3’s ending, the fact that she tries to prove that she is under the control of the Little Pale Girl demon. Like Art the Clown himself, the Little Pale Girl demon is an evil entity that can seemingly jump from one body to another. Vicky was already violently homicidal before she was possessed, as evidenced by her murder of a reporter in Terrifier’s opening scene. However, she wasn’t in league with Art the Clown until her possession. In her first Terrifier 3 appearance, she tearfully says that Art made her kill a nurse.

Vicky’s Appearance Gradually Moves Away From Her Original Human Form
Almost immediately, Vicky goes from horrified anguish to gleefully evil grinning as the Little Pale Girl's possession takes control of her body. As Terrifier 3’s story continues, it becomes clearer that Vicky is creating a costume like Art’s because she is becoming more like the clown. She is losing any semblance of a connection with her sanity and humanity, growing more evil and sadistic the longer she survives. Jonathan’s note to Sienna in Terrifier 3 explains how the Terrifier franchise’s demons work, and it seems Terrifier 3’s Vicky is merely a pawn in the Little Pale Girl’s game.
