Travis Kelce Makes Cheeky Nod to Taylor Swift After Playoff Win
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s love should be celebrated.
As should the latter’s AFC Championship win alongside Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the Kansas City team. In fact, when Travis’ team defeated the Buffalo Bills on Jan. 23, Taylor and Travis' mom Donna Kelce were among the first on the field at Arrowhead Stadium to see their guy on the Chiefs as he heads to the Super Bowl. (The Chiefs will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 9 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.)
Prior to the epic on-field celebration, Donna and Taylor—as well as her parents Andrea Swift, Scott Swift and her younger brother Austin Swift—took in the game from the VIP suite.
Taylor’s game day attendance comes amid her own offseason after the close of the Eras Tour in December, much of which she’s spent cheering on Travis at his home games.
And for him, the tight end says having Taylor in his life—now for more than a year—has made a world of difference on and off the field.
“I’m enjoying all aspects of life, me and Taylor are happy,” Travis said on the Stephen A. Smith Show Jan. 15. “Having that confidence and comfort off the field and all the support I could ever ask for in the stadium.”

He continued, “That's the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft. Focus on being the best version of you."
And it’s because of that comfort and security that the 35-year-old says he’s able to spend so much of himself on football.
"I think I'm as focused as I've ever been on my job and being the best player that I can possibly be, week in and week out for this team," he continued, "and it's because I don't have to worry about things off the field."
In fact, Taylor is doing more than just letting Travis prioritize his sport—she’s promised to cheer him on for as long as he wants to be on the field.

"She's fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game," Travis said. "She loves coming to Arrowhead and coming to the games and cheering for me so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams."

It’s why the NFL star made sure to return the favor during the Eras Tour. "I wanted to be at the concerts supporting her and being there for her,” he explained. “Making sure she feels comfortable and supported in everything she's doing in life."
