She went on to explain to the intimate crowd that she's 'never seen' the mom-of-four on her famous family's reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
'I did not have the luxury - and she knows this because I told her - of ever seeing her show. I had never seen it, so I didn't have anything to go by,' she added.
'But meeting her in person and working with her, she does not phone it in.'
Niecy, who is marred to Jessica Betts, revealed, 'She's a hard worker. She puts her all into everything that she does and I think you guys are really going to love the show.
'And even if y'all don't like it, you're gonna love the fashion. Ok? Because she's killing it in the fashion.'

All's Fair was announced in December 2023 as the first series under Ryan Murphy's deal at Disney.
It was created by Jon Robin Baitz and Joe Baken, who are also executive producing the series, along with Ryan, Kim, and her mom Kris Jenner.
Filming for All's Fair began in California in October 2024 and was reportedly filmed in Los Angeles and Malibu as well as in New York City.
While taking a break from filming, Niecy took to Instagram to share a snap of herself, Glenn Close and Kim Kardashian rocking matching black SKIMS pajamas gifted to the cast by the founder herself.
'This is what happens when our leading lady @kimkardashian gifts our cast @skims It’s a Pajama Party on the set of #All’sFair with the icon @glennclose ❤️ Thank you Kimberly,' Nash wrote at the time.
The trio looked glamorous as they modeled the sleepwear behind a gold wall, and posed with one arm up at an angle as they flashed a peace sign with their fingers.
Kim reposted the pic on her Instagram Story, sharing her co-star's post with Hip Hop Harry's song Pajama Party playing.
'@skims pajama party on set,' she wrote on the snap.

On a May episode of The Kardashians, the Kar-Jenner matriarch, Kris Jenner, chatted about the show with director Ryan Murphy.
She compared the series to her experience with her own divorce attorney, celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser.
'I mean there's even so many fun moments with like Laura and I where I'm just like, "Don't ever let me do this again!"' she laughed.
In response, Murphy quipped that divorce lawyers are not typically 'very close' to their clients, nor do they 'tell them everything.'
'Then the next [divorce], she would be like "Hi, you reminded me last time, don't ever let you do this again,"' Jenner joked.
Kim, herself, notably has had her share of dealing with divorces, with her last divorce from her ex Kanye West finalized in 2022.
