Sydney's exclusive eastern suburbs has been rocked by a new social divide, with socialites split into what is now being dubbed as 'loud money' and 'quiet money'.
Earlier this year, we reported on just who makes up the tier list of Australia's old and new money.
And it appears now there is an entirely new category for the elite to fall into.
On one end is what's known as the high-visibility social set.
These Sydneysiders are the ever eyeroll-inducing lot who are constantly parading their wealth around, including by wearing flashy designer labels, jetting off on luxury holidays and always broadcasting their visits to the latest trendy establishments.
Yet behind the façade, the reality of 'loud money' is often more complex than it appears.
A new social divide has emerged among Sydney's eastern suburbs elite, splitting socialites into what's now being dubbed 'loud money' and 'quiet money.' (Pictured is 'loud money' influencer Dina Broadhurst)
Our 'loud money' list begins with Dina Broadhurst, known widely as Sydney's 'nude artist' thanks to her proclivity for posing naked
In an economy built on visibility, their affluence is often expressed through access rather than ownership.
For example, their luxury homes may be rentals, designer pieces can be gifted, and high-end travel is often tied to brand partnerships rather than personal expenditure.
On the opposite end, is the 'quiet money' crowd, who in stark contrast, tend to move with far less fanfare and opt for discretion rather than overt display.
Logos are swapped for tailoring, trends for timelessness, and public validation for private networks.
Here, we reveal the most notably loud and quiet influencers on Sydney's social scene - from flashy Instagram stars to the bona fide billionaires you'd easily miss walking down the street.
Loud money
Our 'loud money' list begins with Dina Broadhurst, known widely as Sydney's 'nude artist' thanks to her proclivity for posing naked.
The flashy socialite has become synonymous with Sydney's most photographed social set, frequently appearing at VIP events in racy designer gowns that ensure she remains firmly in the spotlight.
Most recently, Dina jetted off to the Maldives for a romantic getaway with her new boyfriend, German entrepreneur Danny Tchalaby (left) - making sure to flaunt the lavish trip on social media
For Dina, designer brands are part of her personal brand, with the artist often featuring luxury logos such as Dior and Chanel in her artworks
She is regularly spotted partying on luxury yachts (who could forget her raunchy boat soirée with a nude Yungblud?), enjoying European getaways, visiting exclusive restaurants, and rubbing shoulders with Sydney's high society.

Sydney eyebrow queen Kristin Fisher also sits in the 'loud money' set.
While the socialite has had her fair share of financial troubles in the past (having recently wiped out almost $1million of unpaid tax in an incredible deal with the taxman), she still advertises a glitzy lifestyle online.
Her curated feed shows a woman with expensive taste, previously posing in designer gowns by the likes of Saint Laurent, Michael Lo Sordo and Paris Georgia.
She also loves to sport diamond jewellery designed by her close pal, gemologist and socialite Kate Bond.
In August, the the mother-of-two, 40, travelled to New York for a lavish getaway with wealthy socialite Emma Pillemer, 24.

The party-loving pair stayed at the luxury Sunset Tower Hotel, where rooms cost upwards of $800 per night, and were spotted sipping cocktails at the upmarket restaurant Lucia.
Sydney PR guru Montarna McDonald has also built her brand on a steady stream of aspirational content.
She regularly flaunts her designer wardrobe online, often wearing outfits worth thousands of dollars by the likes of Gucci, Alémais, P Johnson, and Coach.
Her feed is filled with photos of the blonde clinking glasses at expensive restaurants, luxuriating by the beach at tropical resorts, and hanging out with her socialite pals including Alyce Tran, Deborah Symond O'Neil and Bernadette Sukkar.
Montarna previously made headlines with her flashy 'divorce party' following her split from husband Nicholas Pitt, splashing her cash on a lavish luncheon at exclusive Coogee eatery Mimi's.
Also joining the ranks of Sydney's 'loud money' crowd is celebrity trainer Jono Castano, whose personal brand blends fitness with a high-flying lifestyle.
Whether it's photos of his A-list clientele, his luxury cars or his expensive watch collection, Jono is all about conveying a very public image of success.
Jono also regularly travels to luxury destinations for wellness trips and getaways - and he makes sure his followers online know about it.

And rounding out our 'loud money' list is influencer Elle Salagaras, known online as 'Eastern Suburbs Mum' (pictured with her wealthy husband Lucas)
And rounding out our 'loud money' list is influencer Elle Salagaras, known online as 'Eastern Suburbs Mum'.
The socialite first gained viral attention after she posted about an incident where she 'accidentally' purchased a pair of Hermès Chypre sandals worth over $13,000.
The moment fuelled her reputation for impulsive high-end spending and became a talking point in Sydney's influencer circles.
Beyond that headline moment, she has cultivated a persona centred on a 'cash rich' lifestyle of designer shopping hauls, expensive cars and lavish holidays.
Quiet money
In contrast to the loud, logo-driven displays of wealth dominating Sydney's social feeds, 'quiet money' operates in the opposite register - understated, unbranded, and often deliberately invisible.
Heading up our 'quiet money' tier list is Alisha Oxley, heiress of the Bushells tea fortune, whose family's net worth is estimated at $60million.
Despite sitting in the loftiest echelons of Sydney's high society, Alisha maintains a low public profile, with her presence more closely tied to business ventures and private networks than Instagram stories.

Nicole O'Neil (often referred to as Nicole Gazal O'Neil) is also another clear example of what Sydney's eastern suburbs set would call 'quiet money'
Nicole O'Neil (often referred to as Nicole Gazal O'Neil) is also another clear example of what Sydney's eastern suburbs set would call 'quiet money'.
As a former Miss Australia and original star of The Real Housewives of Sydney, 46, Nicole's on-screen presence is polished, restrained and deliberately understated compared to some of her more flamboyant castmates.
She is married to hedge fund manager Adam O'Neil, and the couple live in one of Sydney's most affluent enclaves, Vaucluse, in a multimillion-dollar home complete with marble finishes, designer interiors and sweeping harbour-side surroundings.
Unlike influencer-driven wealth that leans into constant visibility, her version of affluence is rooted in privacy, family life and long-established privilege.
And, while it may come as some surprise, Roxy Jacenko, 46, also makes an appearance in our 'quiet money' list - although she wasn't always described as such.
Previously the publicist would have firmly fit into the 'loud money' crowd thanks to her habit of flaunting her expensive lifestyle on social media - including her $1million Hermès Birkin bag collection.
But following her move to Singapore, fans have noticed a shift in the PR powerhouse's flashy antics.
Roxy - whose ex-con husband Oliver Curtis is worth $1.29billion - has seemingly stepped into a quieter, more restrained version of wealth, opting to document her daily visits to the gym and intimate family moments rather than a lifestyle of excessive consumption.

Luxury is still present, but it is less in-your-face and far more controlled in its presentation.
Another member of the 'quiet money' is of course Francesca Packer-Barham, a member of the wealthy Packer family.
Despite her connection to one of the country's most established fortunes, Francesca, 31, chooses to stay out of the public eye and rarely attends public events.
When she does step out - whether at charity events or private gatherings - her look tends toward classic eveningwear and understated jewellery rather than flashy logos and OTT accessories.
Millionaire chicken heiress Tamie Ingham, 41, is also part of Sydney's long-established social and business circles.
Tamie, who is married to celebrity chef Guillaume Brahimi, keeps a low profile online, while her appearances are typically tied to society functions and philanthropic gatherings.
Tamie's sister-in-law, socialite Rey-Hanna Vakili, is another figure often associated with Sydney’s more understated, fashion-led social scene rather than the overtly performative influencer economy.
Rey-Hanna, who is married to Johnny Ingham, is known within the eastern suburbs 'it-crowd' and fashion circles for her polished, highly curated aesthetic and her presence at select luxury events, rather than a constant public-facing media profile.

And finally, Madeline Holtznagel rounds out our 'quiet money' list. While the model is dating hospitality billionaire Justin Hemmes (left), she prefers not to splash her cash publicly, instead opting for a more relaxed, off-duty aesthetic
Like Ingham, she tends to maintain a controlled social media presence, favouring carefully composed imagery over personal oversharing or overt lifestyle branding.
And finally, Madeline Holtznagel rounds out our 'quiet money' list.
While the model is dating hospitality billionaire Justin Hemmes, she prefers not to splash her cash publicly, instead opting for a more relaxed, off-duty aesthetic.
While she attends major events and brand launches, her personal style often skews pared-back - offering a contrast to the overly styled and scantily clad influencer looks.
