Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause allegedly never legally married her nonbinary ex G Flip before announcing their split this Monday.
G Flip - an Australian musician who was born Georgia Claire Flipo and uses they/them pronouns - exchanged vows with Stause in a legally nonbinding ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada back in May 2023.
At that time, insiders maintained the couple intended to eventually take the requisite steps to become spouses in the eyes of the law.
They held a grand total of four weddings over the course of their four-year relationship, including a medieval-themed extravaganza last July attended by such guests as celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton.
Now, however, sources claim that Stause, 45, and G Flip, 33, never signed paperwork to make their marriage official, according to TMZ.
The Daily Mail has contacted Stause and G Flip's representatives for comment.

Stause went public with what she called their 'humbling' breakup in an emotional Instagram video that saw her wiping tears from her face.
'G and I are no longer together, and we have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other. That’s not hard for me because I am in love with this person.'
Perhaps most interestingly, Stause said that she doesn't 'have all the information or the reasons' for their split yet.
She continued: 'I’m sure, just like always, with time, you get the lessons you’re meant to get, and I know that will happen, and I’m gonna heal, and everything’s gonna be fine.
'I’m definitely never doing this again, but I just felt like you guys deserved a little bit more than a cold written statement because you have been so supportive and so loving, and we really appreciate that.'
The actress also heartbreakingly added that she feels 'like a little bit of a failure' after her second marriage ended up in a split. She was famously married to fellow actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2021.
Stause explained: 'There’s nothing you could say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself, so I just have to kind of heal and figure this out.
'It’s hard. It’s painful. I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss, or maybe I don’t miss.'
The 45-year-old television personality took to her Instagram on Monday to make the emotional video announcement as she wiped away several tears through the clip

Regardless of their split and the circumstances in which it came remaining a mystery, Stause said she had an 'amazing over four years with G' as they go their separate ways.
She said: 'So maybe that’s not a miss, you know? I mean, it’s just coming to terms with it being a different ending than you had imagined. So, with all that being said, I wanted to give you guys a life update...
'I don’t know what I hope for myself. I just — it’s really hard and stressful to share this information because I’m kind of going through it.'
She then concluded the emotional video by addressing her now ex directly.
Stause said: 'I will always love G, and I don’t ever really see that changing.
'And this sucks, but everyone deserves to be happy, and I wish that for both of us. So thank you.'
Hours later, G Flip responded with a statement of their own as they opted to not post a video response and instead shared a screenshot of a note.
It read: After 4+ years Chrishell and I are no longer together. I will always love her, we will always share a special connection and I cherish our memories together deeply [red heart emoji]
'My head & heart are feeling very heavy right now and I'm not able to talk but I want to thank you all for your support and appreciate you respecting our privacy at this difficult time.
The former couple celebrated their union several times aside from their Las Vegas wedding ceremony as they renewed their vows just two months later in Palm Springs in July 2023.

They also had a vow renewal in G Flip's native Australia in July 2024.
Then the following year, the two hosted their fourth and final marriage celebration with a medieval theme at a castle turret in Los Angeles in July 2025.
The two first revealed they were dating in May 2022.
The pair were dating other people - The Oppenheim Group president Jason Oppenheim and The Bachelorette Australia #7 star Brooke Blurton - when they met at a Halloween party in 2021, but they didn't start dating until five months later.
G Flip then enlisted Chrishell to be the sultry vixen in their music video for Get Me Outta Here in 2022.
Stause was previously married to This Is Us alum Justin Hartley, but their bitter divorce was finalized in 2021 after nearly two years of wedded bliss.
