Scott Wolf and estranged wife Kelley will not be reuniting, despite the actress apologizing for ‘nightmare’ drama just weeks ago.

Scott, 58, subtly showed support for Kelley, 49, after she revealed her 2025 public outbursts were due to psychosis.

But the couple, who married in May 2004, and are parents to sons Jackson, 17, and Miller, 13, and daughter Lucy, 12, are not trying to make their marriage work.

In a statement shared with People on Wednesday, they said that they’d been ‘home together as a family, focusing on healing, rebuilding and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season.

However, since early spring, they have ‘decided to move forward with our divorce.’

They told People that they'd been ‘home together as a family, focusing on healing, rebuilding and finding stability after an extraordinarily difficult season.' The pair are parents to sons Jackson, 17, and Miller, 13, and daughter Lucy, 12

‘Our hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together, for all that we shared and built, for our loving marriage, and most of all, for our incredible children,’ the statement continues.

‘To everyone who has supported us and sent love and prayers for the healing of our family, we are deeply grateful.’

The statement concludes: ‘We now move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as co-parents to our children, and by our shared commitment to the best and brightest future for our family.’

In August, Kelley used Instagram to apologize to Scott and her other loved ones for putting them through a 'nightmare' during her mental health crisis last summer.

In an elaborate message, the life coach revealed she was diagnosed with 'breakthrough drug-induced mania with psychosis.'

Scott replied by leaving a string of red heart emojis in the comment section of the post.

Kelley admitted that nothing she said during her manic episode was 'based in truth or reality.'

'Wow… I have taken about 100 deep breaths to write this. How do I even start? It's been a year since I recognized what everyone around me could see: I was not well, and I needed help,' she began, months after the couple reunited for a family day at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

'I felt like my brain had been hijacked, and the world was moving at the speed of a freight train.'

In June 2025, Scott filed for divorce from Kelley after 21 years of marriage.

The mom of three was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold at a Utah hospital days later, after a friend expressed concern for her mental health.

That same month, Scott filed court documents in Utah asking for a restraining order against Kelley, entering a declaration with the court, Us Weekly reported at the time. He dropped the order the following month.

Then, in August 2025, the former MTV star was arrested for alleged online harassment and doxxing of friends and family members, including her husband.

She was charged with one count of electronic communications harassment and two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, all misdemeanors.

Scott gained temporary sole custody of their kids, in addition to a protective order against Kelley.

Kelley voluntarily entered a mental health treatment facility in September, sharing during a court hearing: 'My brother is taking me. It's fantastic. It's a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.'

'I had no awareness of my actions,' Kelley admitted in Friday's Instagram post, adding that she had been 'completely delusional.'

'After a year of working with incredible doctors, therapists, psychologists, and healers, I have an answer,' she went on.

'What I experienced was diagnosed as breakthrough drug-induced mania with psychosis… caused by stress, past trauma, hormonal shifts, and hallucinogens mixed with prescribed medications.'

'A perfect storm,' Kelley added.

'I won't recount all of the chaos, but what has burdened my soul is my need to say… I am so sorry.'

Kelley then directly addressed Scott with a heartfelt apology, writing, 'My husband of 20 years was taken through a nightmare that wouldn't even fly in a movie script; it was so brutal. The things I did, said, wrote and posted caused profound harm and were not based in truth or reality, and they caused pain I could never imagine to the people I love the most.

'My brain turned on me. In my illness, I made accusations and did things that make me shudder. I have spent my life believing in love, hope, kindness and compassion. What I became was the opposite: Cruel. Vicious. Mean… In mania and psychosis, people can attack the ones they love the most and believe grand and delusional ideas.'

Kelley stated she 'will never be the same' after the things she said and did 'caused enormous pain.'

'Scott and my kids… There won't be a day that I don't thank God for you. Causing you pain and being the reason you suffered will haunt me for the rest of my life.

'It was my job to protect you, honor you, and keep you safe, and I became the cause of your heartbreak. I am sorry. You never gave up on me, and you fought like hell until you landed me in safe harbor. I owe you my life.'

Scott and Kelley Wolf reunited with their three kids amid their ongoing divorce this past February.

They each appeared on social media to share a family photo with their brood during a trip to Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

Both parents shared similar photos on their respective Instagram pages with the same caption: '2/20/2026. Healing. Thank you @unistudios for an epic day at the park! So much fun!'

Speaking to People about the reunion at the time, Wolf reiterated: 'We are healing.'

He added, 'We are committed to being honest, authentic, and loving to ourselves, to each other, and for our children. We thank everyone for their love and support.'

An insider with close knowledge also told the outlet, 'As always, these two are being so loving about this entire process.

'Although there is no way to know the future of their relationship yet, they remain committed to loving each other and their family, with their children being put before everything else, like always.'
