Savannah Guthrie and her family are offering a hefty reward for their missing mom, Nancy .... as part of a new plea for information.

The "Today" host posted a new video on social media stating, “Someone knows how to find our mom and bring her home.”

Savannah then admits a gut-wrenching reality ... telling fans she and her family members know Nancy may have already passed away and "gone home to the Lord that she loves."

The veteran news anchor says her family will accept her mother's death if that's the case ... but, regardless, they need to know where she is so they can bring her home.

Savannah said the reward would be paid “only for recovery of Nancy Guthrie, consistent with FBI criteria for payment of its reward in this case.”

The family will also be donating $500,000 to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Savannah and her family have been desperately pleading for anyone to provide information about who took Nancy.

Nancy was reported missing on February 1. Law enforcement officials have been searching nonstop for the 84-year-old over the past few weeks ... and we've even received multiple alleged ransom and demand letters, which we've passed on to authorities.

Several people -- most recently a delivery driver -- have been detained and released in connection to Nancy's abduction ... but no one has been arrested yet.

The case has sparked national and international attention, and a nonprofit search group from Mexico has even offered to help look for Nancy.
