Saffron Barker has put her impressive dream home on the market for £1.85 million - almost double what she paid for it.
The influencer, 25, moved to Dubai seven months ago with her boyfriend Josh Miln.
And while Saffron said her move to the UAE wasn't permanent, she has now put her huge East Sussex property on the market - despite renovating it for two years to make every detail specifically how she wanted it.
It is listed for £1.85 million, just five years after she purchased it for £975,000.
Saffron - who appeared in the 2019 series of Strictly Come Dancing - bought the property back in 2021 and immediately got builders in to rip everything out.
The open-plan home is very unique and modern, featuring two bedrooms, a dressing room, and four bathrooms.
There is a fire pit in the middle of the living room, as well as a massive floating staircase with illuminated glass banisters as a centrepiece and a glass landing at the top. It also features full-height windows that welcome an abundance of natural light into the living spaces.

The countryside property is decked out with a gym, a hidden cinema room featuring a tango ice blast machine, and a built-in sound and vision system, as well as a bathroom with a laundry chute.
The garden provides ample space for al fresco dining, with a lawn beyond sheltered by high hedgerows and mature trees for a secluded and private atmosphere.
Saffron originally had big plans for her outdoor space, stating in a video: 'We’re going to have a square fireplace, honestly, it’s going to look a bit like Love Island.
'I’ve got two little sheds, and I didn’t realise we’ve got a tree house there. I really feel like this garden has so much potential.
'I’m going to have a pool across here, and here a pizza bar area, and like a shelter here.'
After completing renovations at the end of 2022, Saffron treated her 2.4 million followers to an in-depth house tour on her YouTube channel.
The house looks worlds away from what it did when Saffron first purchased it. Before renovations, it had five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and had an old-fashioned country feel.
Saffron is currently back in the UK after fleeing Dubai amid conflict in the Middle East.
She and Josh - who grew up in Dubai - fled the city after Iranian drone attacks began. They jetted to Australia, where they enjoyed a long holiday before returning to the UK.

She is currently staying with family in Brighton and attended the Olivier Awards on Sunday, while Josh is spending time with his family in Scotland.
In June 2025, after revealing she was leaving the UK, Saffron said in a vlog that she and Josh would split half their time in Dubai, and also in South England, so she can regularly see her family.
‘However, saying that, though, I do just want to be clear that I'm not full-time moving out to Dubai just because my work, my friends and my family are all at home, and I absolutely love home,’ she said.
‘There's a part of me that will always be in Brighton at home. It's weird because I've never in my life been anywhere else but Brighton. I've never moved anywhere else.’
Saffron shot to fame through her popular videos on YouTube, before entering the mainstream media when she joined Strictly Come Dancing 2019 and was partnered with AJ Pritchard.
She went on to appear in Channel 4’s Celebrity Circle and Netflix’s Inside, and has founded her own business, Girl Uniform, a loungewear and pyjama brand.
