Raven-Symone has expressed regret at undergoing a breast reduction when she was 15 years old and had not yet completed puberty.
After rising to fame at three on The Cosby Show, she landed her most enduring role aged 17 as the lead of the Disney Channel sitcom That's So Raven.
She has spoken previously about resorting to cosmetic surgery in the interim because an adult 'said I needed to do it in order to get a show.'
Two years ago, she disclosed that she suffered a seizure as a result of anesthesia when she went under the knife at the age of 15.
Now she has remarked that she 'was too young' to have the procedure, adding: 'I should have done it after puberty,' on the podcast Allure Perspectives.
'I mean, they still look good, but it was hastily done,' explained the 40-year-old The View alumna. 'I wish I was stronger to say no.'
The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Raven for further comment.

She herself had no misgivings about her larger cup size when she was a teenager, sharing with a laugh: 'Oh girl, I got into anything! I was first in line.'
The Atlanta native, who married her wife Miranda Maday in 2020, joked: 'Push these little babies up, they get you anywhere. These triple Ds were popping.'
She said she was only '10 percent' comfortable with her figure 'back in the day of quote-unquote "Raven-Symone,"' but that the percentage has now risen to 80.
Raven revealed in 2023 that she had liposuction and two breast reductions before the age of 18, speaking on the show she co-hosted with her wife, The Best Podcast Ever.
The onetime child star alleged that her father Christopher B Pearlman 'suggested strongly' that she 'should get' her first breast reduction.
'He was like: "So you don't feel bad, is there anything that you want?" I was like: "Yeah, if I get lipo, will people stop calling me fat?"' Raven remembered. 'So I got a twofer.... It was just a mess, just being that young and the pain of it all.'
In December 2024, she noted she had undergone the joint breast reduction and liposuction when she was 15, on her and Maday's subsequent podcast Tea Time.
Raven divulged that the anesthesia caused her to have a seizure upon waking up from the operation, which also resulted in scarring.
'I have scars,' said the Cheetah Girls actress. 'I still have scar tissue to this day. And I gained weight after and had to, like, go back for a quick little, like, [get] a little bit more out ‘cause [my breasts] were still too big for others’ feelings.'

She was heartened by the body positivity movement, which she described as 'this beautiful embracing of the body now that I didn’t get as a young girl.'
Raven shared on a 2022 episode of The View that she had shed 40lbs thanks to her wife's 'guidance and love and fantastic cooking skills,' which enabled her to 'kick' what she described as the 'addictive drug' of sugar.
The previous year, in the throes of her weight loss process, she said she maintained a 'low-carb' diet supplemented with an intermittent fasting regimen that saw her go without food for 14 hours between dinner and breakfast, via Good Morning America.
As far back as 2017, Raven candidly reflected on the criticism she received for her figure at the height of her stardom, in an interview with People.
She was told she 'was too big to be doing an hour and a half concert. "I don’t know how she can dance being that big." And I was like: "I still did it!"'
