Tay Keith, who is best known for producing some of Drake and Travis Scott's biggest rap hits, died due to a cocktail of different drugs at 29 according to a new report.
The super producer, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, passed away due to the toxic effects of various substances according to the Nashville Medical Examiner's Office via TMZ on Thursday.
Keith had ketamine in his system in addition to mitragynine when he died.
Mitragynine is the primary active chemical compound found in the leaves of the tropical plant kratom which affects the brain's opioid receptors.
The publication reports that it remains unclear if he was using kratom, which is federally legal in the US, at the time or came into contact with the drug in a different way.
In addition to ketamine and mitragynine, Keith also had nicotine and ethanol in his system.

The Nashville Medical Examiner's Office also noted that the Sicko Mode producer had mild coronary artery disease as well according to TMZ.
Keith died age 29 back in June as according to WSMV, the star was found deceased inside his Nashville, Tennessee, apartment on the afternoon of June 18 following a wellness check.
Metro Nashville Police confirmed Chambers's death in a statement to the outlet and said that 'no foul play is suspected.'
Chambers is a Memphis-born music producer who famously became a Grammy nominee after co-producing Travis Scott's 2018 track Sicko Mode featuring Drake.
The song, which is featured on Scott's critically acclaimed album Astroworld, was nominated for Best Rap Song at the 61st annual Grammy Awards in 2019.
Chambers began pursuing a career in music when he was just 14 years old by publishing his original songs and remixes to YouTube.
His first big production project came in 2015 when he produced the lead single Lil B***h for rapper Blac Youngsta's mixtape F**k Everybody.
He would not gain mainstream recognition until three years later in 2018 when he produced the viral hit Rover for friend and rapper BlocBoy JB.

Chambers also produced BlocBoy JB's songs Shoot and Look Alive, which notably featured Chambers's now-frequent collaborator Drake.
The success of BlocBoy JB's songs opened doors for Chambers in the industry, leading him to work with the likes of Scott and even rap legend Eminem.
In 2018, he produced Eminem's Machine Gun Kelly diss track Not Alike and Drake's single Nonstop.
However, Chambers's biggest hit of 2018 was ultimately Sicko Mode, which helped Scott achieve his first-ever number one single on the Billboard Hot 100.
Chambers is credited as co-producer along with Rogét Chahayed, Hit-Boy, OZ, Cubeatz and Mike Dean.

Sicko Mode also became the first-ever hip hop song to spend at least 32 weeks in the chart's top 10.
According to Billboard, this is a feat that has only ever been achieved by five other songs in the chart's history.
Chambers earned a second Grammy nomination for Best Rap Song last year for producing Drake and 21 Savage's 2022 hit Rich Flex.
Over the years, he has also produced songs for the likes of popular artists like Beyonce, Doja Cat, Sexyy Red, Jack Harlow, Chris Brown, Gunna and Lil Baby.
His work with Beyonce appeared as a bonus track titled Before I Let Go on her 2019 live album Homecoming.
Most recently, Chambers co-produced Brown's latest album Brown with the likes of Metro Boomin and RoccStar. It was released in May of this year.
Chambers's songs often feature one of two tag lines, with his most famous – and most explicit – being, 'Tay Keith, f**k these n****s up!'
In the wake of the news of Chambers's death, many of his friends and collaborators took to social media at the time to express their grief.
BlocBoy JB was among the first to pay tribute to the star's legacy by sharing back-to-back posts on his Instagram Story.

'Damn Cuz You Just Hurt Me Bad,' BlocBoy JB captioned the photo.
He then posted a screen recording showing just how often he and Chambers spoke, with their last call taking place on June 16 – just two days before his death.
'We talked everyday yeen tell me you was leaving,' BlocBoy JB wrote as he scrolled through their lengthy call log for his nearly two million followers to see.
BlocBoy JB was so overcome with grief that he decided to postpone the release of his highly anticipated mixtape, which was set to be released Friday.
Rap producer BanBwoi, who has also made hits for Sexyy Red and Drake, shared his heartbreak via Instagram Story as he called Chambers a 'real friend.'
