Pretty Ricky member Spectacular Smith is being sued by a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her.
Alexis Dieng claims in a lawsuit filed last month that Smith, 40, first contacted her on Instagram in October 2025, asking her for restaurant recommendations on Arizona.
The complaint alleges that after he ‘cultivated her trust’ the rapper then made plans to meet up with her during his trip, according to documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Dieng claims that they’d agreed to meet up at a certain place before Smith then switched the location to a residential address in Phoenix.
The complaint goes on that Dieng arrived at the address around 10:30pm where Smith allegedly initiated physical contact and engaged in sexual intercourse without her consent.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Smith and Dieng to request comment but has not yet received a response.

In the documents, Dieng claims that during the October 24 encounter Smith applied pressure to her neck with his hands so her breathing was restricted.
The lawsuit – which was filed in Maricopa County Superior Court on August 12 and first reported on by RadarOnline – also states that ‘upon information and belief’ all or part of the alleged incident was filmed without her permission.
The events described in the complaint were reported to the Phoenix Police Department.
'The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made,' a spokesperson for the department said in a statement to the Daily Mail.
Dieng visited the city’s Family Advocacy Center on October 25 and a forensic sexual assault examination found tenderness and redness in her vaginal area, according to the lawsuit.
The complaint also states that tenderness, redness, and an indentation on the right side of her neck were documented at the time.
Dieng claims she has undergone treatment at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans' Administration Medical Center and continuous medical and psychological care as a result of the alleged incident.
The complainant is suing Smith for assault and battery and sexual assault.

Her attorneys accuse Smith of deliberately exhibiting this behavior and they’re seeking punitive damages to be determined at trial. Dieng is seeking a jury trial.
Benjamin Taylor, an attorney for Dieng, told TMZ: ‘We plan to seek justice for our client.’
Smith found fame in the group Pretty Ricky, best known for their 2005 tracks Grind With Me and Your Body.
The allegations come after in 2016 Forbes reported that Smith had reinvented himself as a social media guru.
He started Adwizar, a company that manages and monetizes social media accounts, based out of Los Angeles.
Forbes reported that the business ran accounts for the likes of Birdman, Jermaine Dupri, Soulja Boy and Fat Joe.
