The 43-year-old actress has been busy promoting her latest film, Verity, and was spotted en route to film the Drew Barrymore Show.
For the occasion, she cloaked her baby bump in a sheer black off-the-shoulder top that teased her tummy.
The look boasted curtain-like draping and was teamed with matching loose-fitting trousers.
Hathaway added a pair of open-toe heels and flaunted a pristine wine-colored pedicure that matched her manicure.
She is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, 45.
