PlayStation Plus members can finally dig into the Essential titles for May now, but subscribers also have access to a bonus freebie this month. Whether you're feeling sad about all the games that just left PS Plus, or simply feeling underwhelmed by the latest offerings, you'll perhaps be excited about this one.
PlayStation is no stranger to free-to-play games, and PS Plus is no stranger to offering up free bundles of in-game items for those F2P titles. Games like Genshin Impact, Infinity Nikki, and Marvel Rivals are just some examples of titles that have offered up free bundles to download if you're a PlayStation Plus member. And over on the PlayStation storefront, it looks like subscribers are being treated to another free download this month.
Right now, PS Plus members can grab the "NTE PlayStation Plus Members Pack." This is a bundle of items for the open-world F2P Neverness to Everness (NTE), which just recently launched. If you haven't played Neverness to Everness before, it's got a familiar anime aesthetic that you've probably seen on other free-to-play RPGs like Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. If you like those kinds of open-world RPGs, then you'll probably like this one too.
NTE has pretty decent reviews as well. It's currently sitting at a 4.83 out of 5 on the PlayStation Store, and that's out of 385 reviews so far. Considering it's new and getting good reviews, you might want to check it out. And if you're a PS Plus member, be sure to snag this free pack of in-game items as well.
The "NTE PlayStation Plus Members Pack" contains the following items:
- Annulith x160
- De-noise Solution x5
- Elite Hunter Guide x10
- Chaotic Dye x10
- Manhole Boss x10
- Beetle Coin x100k
Once you've "purchased" the pack (and purchased is in quotation marks because it's literally $0.00), you'll need to log into your NTE account using PlayStation Network. From there, you'll be able to receive the pack in the game. You'll have 1 year to claim the freebies in NTE from the time you make this purchase (again, it's literally $0.00).
This pack went live on April 28, and it currently has no expiration date that we could find, so it looks like it may stay available for quite some time. Then again, it might expire at the end of the month. If you're looking to give Neverness to Everness a try, then this pack can help give you a boost to get started.
