PlayStation Plus had a really great year in 2025, bringing players a ton of free games that they could enjoy at no extra cost, beyond their standard subscription rate. Games like Alan Wake II, Silent Hill 2, and Yakuza: Like a Dragon all hit the service across several months, and things had never looked so peachy for those signed up.

Unfortunately, 2026 hasn't really managed to maintain that momentum, with the monthly offerings for January and February proving to be a little underwhelming for the vast majority of fans.

The first game for March has been revealed as well, with the PSP's Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection hitting the service for the first time, in news that once again proved to be a bit of a disappointment. Now, there's more troubling news, and Sony is going to have to go some way to making up for it if they want next month to be a success.

PlayStation Plus' Lineup Takes Another Hit In March

As first reported by PlayStation Lifestyle, the PlayStation Plus lineup is taking a pretty significant hit in March, as seven games leave the service for good. The full list of titles that are on the way out is as follows:

  • Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation: Code Fairy
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
  • Cris Tales
  • R-Type Final 3 Evolved (select regions)
  • Paradise Killer (select regions)
  • Circus Electrique (select regions)
  • Redout 2 (select regions)

Whilst there aren't any huge AAA releases in the list, there are some solid games that it's disappointing to see go at this juncture. The good news is that Arcane Paradise has currently survived the cut, despite a lot of speculation that it may not.

That said, there are plenty in the list that are worth playing if you have the time. Redout 2 is an immensely enjoyable and intense arcade racing experience that seeks to serve as a tribute to classic cabinet games in the genre.

At the same time, Paradise Killer is a genuinely unique offering that puts players in the shoes of a detective tasked with finding a murderer on Paradise Island. It has all sorts of zany and unusual elements, from Old Gods to aliens, and you'll struggle to find another game like it anywhere.

The games will be withdrawn from PS Plus on March 17, 2026, meaning you have exactly one month, at the time of writing, to give them a go, if any stand out.

In the meantime, the announcement of March's additions should be here in relatively short order, so fingers crossed Sony can right the ship with some stellar picks.
