Elsbeth has had a long list of guest stars in Season 3, and before it’s over, there will be three more.

CBS has lined up Patti LuPone (Agatha All Along, American Horror Story), Michael Urie (Shrinking, Ugly Betty) and Erich Bergen (Love Story, Madam Secretary) for roles in the series.

LuPone plays Ruby Lane, a legendary New York cabaret performer who makes her home in the hotel where she sings. Talented, outrageous, and difficult, Ruby kills both onstage and off.

Urie plays Monty Blakemont III, a dashing art connoisseur and philanthropist, whose enthusiasms are genuine though his financial resources are suspect.

LuPone and Urie will appear together in the Season 3 finale.

Bergen plays Otis Langley, a TV personality and celebrity reporter with a charming smile and a nasty reputation. He will appear in episode 319.

Based on the character featured in The Good Wife and The Good Fight, Elsbeth Tascioni (Carrie Preston) is the astute but unconventional consent decree attorney working with the NYPD to catch New York’s well-heeled murderers, utilizing her unique perspective. Wendell Pierce also stars as Captain Charles Wallace (C. W.) Wagner.

Other notable guest stars this season have included Lindsey Normington, Jaime Pressly, Andrew Rannells, Tony Hale, Dianne Wiest, Lois Smith, Sarah Steele, who returned as her Good Wife/Fight franchise character Marissa Gold, Stephen Colbert, William Jackson Harper, Annaleigh Ashford, Andy Richter, and Amy Sedaris, among others.

CBS Studios produces Elsbeth, which is executive produced by Robert King, Michelle King, showrunner Jonathan Tolins, Liz Glotzer, Erica Shelton Kodish, Bryan Goluboff, and Gail Barringer. The Kings co-created the series.

LuPone is repped by The Artists Partnership.

Urie is repped by Seven Summits, Paradigm, Hansen Jacobson et al.

Bergen is repped by Buchwald and Amplified.
