One Of PlayStation's Best Console Exclusives Just Got A Surprise Release On Xbox

1 week ago 5

Xbox Series X|S players will soon be able to experience one of the most unique PlayStation console exclusives of the last decade with a sudden release that's taken everyone by surprise. As Microsoft has slowly begun porting some of Xbox's best games to other platforms, it's a refreshing change of pace to see a game that made a name for itself on PlayStation 4 and PC finally coming to Xbox. It may not be a massive hit like Marvel's Spider-Man but it's still a unique experience that players ought to check out.

Posting to X (formerly Twitter), Kojima Productions announced that Death Stranding Director's Cut is now available on Xbox Series X|S.

Those who want to check out the bizarre walking simulator can even pick it up at 50% off its usual price, making it easier for Xbox players to step into the boots of Sam Porter Bridges and begin trekking cargo across the world. Given that Death Stranding Director's Cut is published by 505 Games and not Sony, it stands to reason that it finally made the multiplatform leap, but the lack of rumors about the port makes it a welcome surprise.
