After the ending of the My Hero Academia manga, fans of Kohei Horikoshi's superhero tale are waiting to say goodbye to the amazing anime adaptation delivered by Bones soon. Season 7 concluded on a cliffhanger, and the final chapter of the anime could not be too far away. While most fans were expecting the announcement of a release date to be made at the upcoming Jump Festa 2025, the news is already out.
According to the reliable news account @MangaMoguraRE on X (corroborated by similar accounts such as @WSJ_manga), My Hero Academia's final season will air in the Fall of 2025. It's a long wait for fans of the series, but Fall is usually when the biggest anime series air. Also, it's confirmation that Bones wants to take the right time to deliver what will be an incredible farewell to one of the most popular series of the last decade.

The manga finale of My Hero Academia divided fans at the time of its publication in Weekly Shonen Jump. When the final volume was released, author Kohei Horikoshi took the time to draw an extra final chapter that added more details and gave closure to the stories of his characters. It's very likely that the anime will conclude with that new finale, but before getting there, the epic and cataclysmic battle between the heroes and All for One will have to end, delivering drama, emotion, and action the likes fans have not witnessed yet.
