Taylor Frankie Paul's visitation time with her three children has been reduced after she allegedly failed drug tests that had been ordered by a Utah court, according to a new report.
Insiders close to the case told TMZ Wednesday that the tests Paul, 32, failed had been over the past two months.
Paul is mother to nine-year-old daughter Indy and six-year-old son Ocean with her ex-husband, Tate Paul; and two-year-old son Ever with her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, 33.
Sources told the outlet that as a result of the latest developments, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives personality is currently with her children for a total of eight hours weekly.
The reality star spends four hours with Indy and Ocean, and four hours with Ever, sources told TMZ.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Paul for further comment on the story.

The substances in the test 'remain unclear,' sources told the outlet, describing one as 'not commonly available as a prescription' medication.
Sources linked to Paul told The Daily Mail that 'juvenile court proceedings are strictly confidential, and a court-ordered gag order remains in effect.'
They added, 'The fact that alleged information from these confidential proceedings is being disclosed publicly is yet another example of the continuing harassment and inappropriate conduct from the other side.'
Paul earlier this year had been granted a weekday and every other weekend with unsupervised visits in her custody battle with Mortensen, who has primary custody of Ever.
Tate earlier this year petitioned the court for sole legal and physical custody of his two kids with Paul, citing a 2023 incident in which she was seen attacking Mortensen with her minor daughter present.
After TMZ posted the clip on March 19, ABC abruptly shelved Paul's season of The Bachelorette on the verge of its premiere.
Paul subsequently entered a guilty plea in abeyance to aggravated assault, and this past August completed a three-year probation period contingent on the case earlier this year.
'Three years probation complete,' she said on Instagram last month. 'All my PO’s said it was one of the longest probations they had seen for first time offense.
'Back then I wasn’t even aware of what DV was. Unfortunately many will experience it as many already have. DV is a sneaky cycle to get stuck in because by the time you realize what actually is happening you’re already stuck in it.'

Utah DCFS program administrator Marnie Maxwell explained to ABC4.com in March how the agency approached complicated situations amid Paul's legal situation.
'Our job is to assess the overall safety of the children,' Maxwell told the station, 'and that could include not just what's happening currently in the home, but also a review of the family's history.
'Removing a child from their home and their family can create a lot of trauma, and so we want to do what we can to create safety while leaving the children in the home whenever possible.'
Maxwell said the process 'could involve safety planning, other resources,' adding that at times, the family is asked 'to bring in formal and informal support to try and help them keep the children safe while we continue to work with the family ongoing, but removal is the last option.'
Maxwell said that children taken out of their home by DCFS are sent to counseling, and that the issues in play impact all 'different types of families.
'There really aren't any stereotypes,' Maxwell told the outlet. 'I think that's why it's important that we're all familiar with the different resources, signs of potential abuse or neglect of children, so that we can help families access the resources that they might need.'
