Miley Cyrus Reveals Her One Fear About Marrying Maxx Morando

"He did something that icked me for a minute," the Can't Be Tamed singer recounted with a laugh. "I was like, 'Don't ever do that again. It gave me the ick.'"

While she didn’t disclose what behavior put her off, the Grammy winner admitted there’s something she's done that ruffled Morando's feathers in turn.

"He said, 'When you’re a brat,' which is so true. I’m so icky when I’m a brat," Cyrus confessed, elaborating that when she's not in charge, she can get "really stinky about it."  

However, despite the lighthearted turn-offs, the songwriter knows that what she loves about the 27-year-old is far more important.

"What I also love is I’m not totally the boss in our house," Cyrus said. "It's like a sense of relief that I can actually soften into, because he’s going to watch this and be like, 'You’re not the boss. We’re both the boss.'"

And with that mutual respect at the core of their relationship, they can focus on having fun together, which makes the 33-year-old excited for marriage.

As she put it, "I think that’s the thing that maybe generations prior didn’t teach us, that marriage doesn’t need to be a prison. It can actually be a playground."
