Mickey Rourke was pictured in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday walking a trio of dogs, about two months after he made headlines following news he was being evicted from his home.

The Oscar-nominated actor, 73, was clad in an ash gray sweatsuit with a zip-up hoodie and sweatpants as he was seen in Southern California.

The Wrestler star had a pair of clear framed sunglasses resting on his head and carried a cup on the early morning outing in the City of Angels.

The actor, whose film catalog includes Diner, Rumble Fish and 9½ Weeks, wore a pair of white Adidas martial arts mat training shoes.

Rourke, like a number of Hollywood stars, is mourning the loss of Eric Dane, days after the beloved actor died at 53 on Thursday following a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Rourke last November paid tribute to Dane on Instagram, calling him his 'friend,' 'talented' and 'very special' after the actor appeared on the show Brilliant Minds.

Rourke described Dane's work on the show - in which he portrayed a man living with ALS - 'as a riveting performance.'

Earlier this month, Rourke said that Dane had been hospitalized and urged fans to pray for him before deleting the post, US Weekly reported.

'All we can do for Eric is pray hard and hope he's [not] suffering,' Rourke said.

He added, 'There is nothing [doctors] can do really just pray ... that's all any of us who love this man [can do] ... all my love and prayers, my brother.'

Rourke made headlines late last year after his landlord demanded he settle up $59,100 in unpaid rent - or leave the domicile immediately, according to documents reviewed by Daily Mail.

The Angel Heart actor on December 18 was presented with three-day notice to pay or leave, according to a legal complaint from plaintiff Eric T. Goldie.

Rourke, whose full name is Philip Rourke Jr., had resided in the three-bedroom Southern California home since March 30, at which time he inked a lease agreeing to pay monthly rent of $5,200.

Goldie said in the legal complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court December 29, that the actor has 'failed to comply with the requirements of' the order he was given to settle up or move out.

Goldie also asked the court to force the actor to cover the legal costs he spent in trying to recoup the rent; and for Rourke to forfeit the remainder of the rental agreement.

Rourke pushed back after one of his business associates set up a GoFundMe which drummed up around $100,000, saying he was unaware of what she was doing.

'That was some lady who worked for me did that s***,' Rourke told photographers during an outing in Los Angeles last month. 'I, you know, I know nothing.

'I'm embarrassed about it and I'm really pissed off about it, and one thing about me. I'll get even over it, all right, but it's not the right time, I'm sure.'

In the outing, Rourke also vented about the eviction, saying the property was in disrepair.

He said, 'The kitchen sink didn't run, there were two bathrooms, one bathroom had no water, there was no heat, the air conditioners don't work, and they had rats and mice.

'The house was built in the late twenties, and so the floor was all rotten, like under the sink, so the mice and rats will come up - and it's like, I don't want to live like this, you know.'
