Kyle Sandilands lists six-bedroom, five-bathroom Sydney mansion for $5.9million

Kyle Sandilands has listed his lavish six-bedroom, five-bathroom Sydney mansion for $5.9million, three years after he purchased it at almost half the price.

The radio star, 54, paid $3m for the 9,580 sqm semi-rural property in Glenorie, located in Sydney’s North West Hills District, in August 2022.

Sandilands settled on the bushland-adjacent acreage shortly before he welcomed son Otto with Tegan Kynaston.

He bought the property in secret as a home for his family, but when his wife Tegan said she didn't want to live there, he decided to renovate it and then flip it for a profit, with the stunning property now listed with a price guide of $5.7m – $5.9m.

The home has undergone a significant transformation since its pre-renovation days.

In February last year, Sandilands revealed he was having the lavish property extensively made over.

The residence now boasts 832 sqm of internal living space – excluding alfresco areas – with a Georgian-inspired double-storey design. 

A grand circular driveway leads to a courtyard, while a welcoming balcony above completes the stately arrival.

The property is perfect for raising a family, featuring multiple formal and informal living areas that are exquisitely designed.

At its centre sits a spacious dine-in kitchen, complemented by generous preparation and storage areas. 

Meanwhile, a private study with a custom library and concealed storage ensures the property is perfect for both work and play. 

Its semi–rural location ensures it has breathtaking nature views and scenic walking trails, while still being close to a variety of amenities. 

It comes after it was revealed Kyle's long–time radio co-star Jackie O Henderson will step away from her KIIS FM breakfast role for 'several days', following a fiery on-air clash with him. 

The radio queen, 51, was a no-show on Monday's Kyle & Jackie O show, with Sandilands confirming that Jackie would be taking a break from the popular show.

He revealed that he had only been in touch with Jackie over the phone. 

The news comes after Jackie was moved to tears on Friday after Sandilands slammed her over her 'fixation' with astrology. 

The pair were discussing the latest developments regarding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, when Jackie proceeded to read out the disgraced royal's birth chart. 

Sandilands then proceeded to lambast his co-star, claiming that her love for astrology was affecting her work.

'As I said, fascinating, but I don't think it should be at the detriment of everything else on the show – this relentless research,' he said.

Taken aback by the comment, Jackie protested, saying that she had just looked up the information on her phone.

This did not placate Sandilands, however, with the shock jock continuing to chastise Jackie.

'It's affecting other things, like your fixation on this has made you almost unworkable. You're off with the fairies with this s***t. It's mental,' he said.

Jackie then became audibly emotional, fighting back tears as she continued to defend herself.
