Melanie Griffith, 69, shows off her INCREDIBLE physique in a black swimsuit as she relaxes at luxury Austrian wellness resort

Melanie Griffith has been visiting high-end wellness and medical spas in Europe for years and they're clearly doing wonders for her both in mind and body.

The 69-year-old Working Girl star took to Instagram to share a series of photos during her recent weeks-long stay at VIVAMAYR Maria Worth, a luxury lakeside health resort in Austria.

In one photo, Griffith was seen soaking up the sun and lounging in a black one-piece swimsuit that showed off her slender and toned figure.

She gazed off into the distance through tinted sunglasses and sported a serene expression, which was not surprising given her luxurious surroundings.

'I've just spent a few wonderful weeks at @vivamayrmariawoerth in Austria, -an incredible place dedicated to wellness, healing and renewal,' Griffith gushed in the caption.

She described her experience undergoing 'The Cure,' VIVAMAYR's signature, intensive detox that focuses on gut health, renewal and complete physical reset.

'It gave me the chance to truly recharge, replenish and relax. "The Cure" is an amazing health reset, centered around being good to your body, mind and soul,' she went on.

Added Griffith: 'I'm so grateful to all of the wonderful doctors, therapists and health practitioners who make the experience so special. -A little heaven on earth.'

Griffith's other visual treats included a photo of her enjoying a boat ride on Lake Worthersee and doing yoga while clad in a fuchsia crop top and leggings.

She also shared glimpses of a spa tub and bath treatment that appeared to be waiting just for her, the resort's beautifully prepared cuisine and the lush landscape, lake and mountain views.

Griffith, who has previously opened up about her regrets regarding past cosmetic procedures, seemed to have found the healthy antidote for she looked years younger and full of vitality.

'Cute mama,' daughter Stella, who she has with ex-husband Antonio Banderas, wrote in the comments.

'Lookin' radiant & serene Sister,' commented Marg Helgenberger, CSI alum and current star of CBS drama series Boston Blue.

Griffith's wellness retreat in Austria comes on the heels of Banderas revealing that he and the actress are still 'best friends,' despite their breakup.

'[Melanie is] if not my best friend, one of my best friends,' Banderas told People in August.

Griffith and The Mask of Zorro actor, 66, were married between 1996 and 2015.

The two were seen enjoying a cozy dinner in Beverly Hills back in April, and the next day Banderas posted a photo of the couple hanging out on a couch with their daughter Stella, 29, and her new husband, Alex.

'And when I go to Los Angeles, we get together anyway, we got a lot of fun. We laugh and we just... It’s a very healthy thing, and it was very healthy for our kids,' Banderas told the outlet.

Asked if there's a secret to their lasting friendship, Banderas replied: 'The thing is that when we were as couple, when we separated, we were always very sincere.

'We came out of our relationship in a nice way that was very important for [the kids] and for us.'

Banderas previously revealed that he'd love to star in a film with stepdaughter Dakota Johnson.

The veteran actor is a big fan of the Fifty Shades of Grey star, who is the daughter of Griffith and her ex-husband Don Johnson, and Banderas knew she was an 'awesome' actress from a very young age.

Asked if they would ever share the screen together, Antonio told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: 'I would love to.

'In fact, the first movie she did – "Crazy in Alabama" – I directed her. I think she was around ten years old and she was awesome. She was following directions and doing everything right.'

Banderas praised his stepdaughter for carving out her own career without relying on her family connections.

'Dakota created her own world and that’s a healthier way to do it than just to be "Mami, Papi." She needs to get out of the house, find her own way – and that's what she did, and we are very proud of her.'

Banderas knows he can rely on Dakota to help him learn lines and offer tips on his performance.

The actor, who now lives in Malaga in Spain with his current partner, Nicole Kimpel, 45, said: 'I was preparing a character and I said, "Dakota, can you just read this for me?"

'She said, "OK Papi, but be careful of that – I think you're going a little too far."'
