Martha Kalifatidis has shared the parenting rules that have no place in her home.

The former Married at First Sight star listed off ten commandments, some of them controversial, that she once thought she would enforce when she became a mum, only to change her mind when faced with the reality of motherhood.

The 38-year-old posted the list on Instagram this week, starting with allowing her three-year-old son, Lucius, to 'put sauce on everything'.

Martha went on to say that she lets her son play with plastic toys, rather than only giving him wooden ones.

The mother-of-two also said she allows her son to have 'tantrums in public' and that he picks his own outfits every day.

Other rules include letting Lucius eat in bed, allowing him to have sugar and letting him buy a new toy every time they go to the shops together.

Martha also allows her son to eat in front of a screen, and to 'touch every surface' without worrying about germs.

The influencer was inundated with support from her followers, who praised her for the 'relatable' content.

'The tantrum is the cutest thing ever!' wrote one person in the comments section, while another said: 'So relatable.'

'This is so relatable. The joys of motherhood,' wrote one follower, and someone else said: 'Me too, to every single slide! Do whatever helps your sanity girl!'

'100%. No one should judge until they have kids and never say never lol,' wrote one fan.

Another person said: 'These were exactly my rules once upon a time as well. The more kids, the less you give a f**k.'

'Having kids is very humbling. Everyone is an elite parent before kids,' said someone else.

Martha shares her son Lucius with her fiancé Michael Brunelli, 35. The pair also have a daughter, Sunday, who was born in March this year.

The couple first met on MAFS in 2019 and got engaged two years later, but are yet to marry.

Earlier this year, Martha hit back at fans who criticised her for 'yelling' at her three-year-old.

She copped a wave of backlash when she was seen losing her temper with her toddler during a sponsored TikTok video.

A day later, she uploaded another vlog-style video and mocked the 'perfect parents' who judged her parenting.

'Oh, my God, hi! If it isn't all the perfect parents on the internet,' she began the clip as she held her daughter Sunday.

'Look at all these perfect parents just sitting on their phones scrolling away. Scrolling and watching and judging.'

Martha then carried on with her vlog as usual, later adding in the caption: 'Sorry I didn't realise I was amongst all these perfect parents and scholars.'
