Love Island's Harry Cooksley baffles fans with 'hot mess' look at Milan show as he sports a bizarre faux fur hat and coat with an asymmetric skirt

Love Island star Harry Cooksley made a surprise appearance at Milan Fashion Week on Thursday, but it was his bizarre outfit that caught fans' attention.

The footballer, 31, arrived for the Simon Cracker show in a beige faux fur hat and a matching coat, teamed with an asymmetrical skirt.

Harry posted snaps of his fashion show look on Instagram, but it was his followers, and famous pals, who were quick to roast him for the unusual ensemble.

Leading the pack was former villa co-star Yasmin Pettit, who cheekily wrote: 'Roadkill but make it fashion.'

Giorgio Russo added: 'Nah, what is going on with the hat,' while Casey O'Gorman commented: 'Was Shakira hungry?'

Harry's followers also poked fun at the outfit, writing: 'Looks like a pigeon made a nest on you;

'What in the hot mess is this?; This has got to be a joke; Harry?? What the heck is this outfit?'

Luckily for Harry, his girlfriend Shakira Khan showed her support for his outfit, writing: 'rawrrrrr' in the comments.

Harry rose to fame when he appeared in the Love Island villa last year, forming a romance with Shakira that saw them finish in second place.

Despite a few bumps in their romance on the show, Harry and Shakira's romance is still going strong, and they moved in together late last year.

Last month, the couple sent fans into a frenzy as they admitted 'I thought this was an engagement post' after they shared loved-up pictures from their holiday to Marrakesh.

Harry and Shakira placed second on the 12th series of the ITV2 dating show last year, and they recently jetted off to the popular city in Morocco for some sunshine. 

They took to Instagram to share some sweet pictures from their travels, including one of the former footballer lifting the influencer up in the air, another of them holding hands and a third of them cosied up together. 

'Marrakech over & out,' the two penned on social media. 

At first glance many thought that their post was an engagement announcement, writing in the comments section: 'Why did I think it was an engagement post?'

'K, so it wasn’t just me; My heart was in shock I thought this was an engagement post.'

Harry recently opened up about their relationship in an interview on Lorraine.

Gushing over Shakira, Harry said: 'Speaking to Shakira one-on-one, it was natural. I'd buried a lot of emotions for her and it all came out. I'm so glad I stuck my neck out.'

He also clarified his relationship status before heading in the villa.

'I couldn't have been more single going into the villa, but I was dating and seeing people. I only told four people I was going in,' he said.

However, when Christine pushed on whether they had made things official, Harry cautiously replied: 'I don't think exclusive is such a big thing on the outside world.'

'When we rekindled I only had eyes for Shakira and that hasn't changed.'
