After her hit album and a sell-out US tour, Lily Allen, you might think, would not be short of a penny.
But it seems that the singer could still do with a spot of extra cash following her marriage break-up.
Ms Allen, 40, has returned to website Cameo and is charging £376.50 to record a short video for fans, compared with the £187 she was charging when last on the site in 2021.
On Cameo's website or app users can pay public figures for messages – often used as gifts to mark birthdays, weddings and other milestones.
Ms Allen, who last year said she was no longer 'financially stable' after the collapse of her marriage to US actor David Harbour, appears to be cashing in on the success of comeback album West End Girl, released last year.
She promises delivery of the video within a week of purchase but – at an average length of just 44 seconds – fans would be paying nearly £9 a second.
'Whether it's a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or a long-awaited reunion, make it unforgettable with a one-of-a-kind Cameo video from Lily Allen,' reads the profile on her account.
'You'll have the chance to customise your request for Lily Allen, like asking them to mention inside jokes, share words of wisdom, or work in their signature catchphrases.'

Lily said last year she was no longer 'financially stable' after the collapse of her marriage to US actor David Harbour (pictured together in 2020)
It urges customers to 'get creative with your request' especially for 'celebrations like weddings, retirements, or bachelor and bachelorette parties'.
Just sending a message to Ms Allen on the site would set fans back £4.51. She is currently on the sold-out North American leg of her West End Girl tour and will perform on Wednesday night in Toronto, Canada.
She is no stranger to cashing in on her fame online and in July 2024 she launched her own OnlyFans site to sell pictures and videos of her feet.
Later that year she revealed that she made more money each month this way than she does through her Spotify streams.
She said she set up the account after a pedicurist told her she had nice feet and could make money with them.
She and Harbour, 50, ended their four-year marriage last year and in October she told how the split had taken its toll on her finances and she now had to think about how to support girls Ethel, 14, and Marnie, 13, from her marriage to Sam Cooper.
'A year and a half ago, I was financially stable and I didn't have to think about work. And now I do,' she told Perfect magazine.
However, she also admitted that she had been spending 'like an insane person' after the success of her album and had had therapy for shopping addiction.
She is thought to have splurged £120,000 on a Porsche and £11,000 on a Hermes Birkin bag.
