Kylie Jenner posts unflattering selfie with her face covered in numbing cream and cling wrap as she reveals the secret to her flawless skin

Kylie Jenner has revealed one of her beauty secrets.

On Friday night, the 29-year-old makeup maven, who recently said she wants bigger breasts, used Instagram Stories to unveil her latest cosmetic treatment – microneedling.

She shared a screenshot from a FaceTime call with her sister Kendall Jenner, 30, which showed her face covered in white numbing cream and cling wrap.

Jenner informed fans that she 'did microneedling today, so this is what our FT looked like today with my numbing cream.'

The star then playfully drew an arrow at her image and wrote 'crazy girl,' and an arrow at her sister, calling her a 'cutie.'

She followed up the post with a brief, up-close video of her makeup-free visage, writing, 'My skin is already healing so nice.'

Per Healthline, microneedling 'encourages collagen production using tiny, sterilized needles' and 'may help smooth, firm, and tone skin and improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles.'

Sessions range from $200 to $800, a small price for the billionaire Kylie Cosmetics founder.

In the past year, Jenner has been more forthcoming than ever about how she has achieved her bombshell looks. 

She shockingly lifted the veil on her breast implants in June 2025, casually dropping the measurements and even her plastic surgeon in a TikTok comment.

After a fan asked how she got her enhanced chest to 'sit like that,' Jenner generously answered, '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle, silicon.' 

And she credited Dr. Garth Fisher, who practices in Beverly Hills.

Earlier this week, the mom of two spilled that she wants even bigger breasts.

While on her friends' Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel's Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast, she declared, 'They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my t*ts to walk in before I do.'

Karanikolaou then quipped that the lipkit mogul has 'an obsession with big t*ts' and that they've been hearing about her wanting to go up in size 'for the past year.' 

The co-hosts then asked if she would follow up on her promise to get another boob job before she turns 30, to which she answered, 'Probably not.'

However, the makeup pro said that she has her eye on a belly button piercing before she turns 30 on August 10, 2027.

'I think you would like it, too, because you like low-rise things, like your little waist. I think you're going to look sexy with one,' Villarroel chimed in.

Jenner said she wants 'diamonds dripping from my belly button.'

The reality TV star shares eight-year-old daughter Stormi and four-year-old son Aire with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, 35.

And she's been in a relationship with actor Timothee Chalamet, 30, since 2023.
