Kris Jenner was looking like the life of the party at Khloe Kardashian's 42nd birthday bash.

Photos posted to Jenner's Instagram show the Kardashian matriarch indulging in a martini and posing with a cigarette - which The Daily Mail understands to be fake - dangling from her mouth.

Sunglasses on, Jenner channeled a bartender as she lightly shook the cocktail shaker with the fake cigarette between her teeth.

'My heart,' Jenner, 70, captioned the post, along with a red heart emoji. 'Celebrating my beautiful girl @khloekardashian.'

Throughout it all, Jenner's facelift-enhanced complexion radiated.

Jenner's appearance has been receiving praise for over a year, when she sent social media alit with her youthful appearance in Paris last year.

She looked so youthful she was briefly mistaken for daughter Kim Kardashian during Kim’s high-profile court appearance tied to her armed robbery case.

Her representative later confirmed she had turned to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Steven M. Levine - dubbed the 'facelift maestro' - to achieve her striking refreshed appearance.

Yet Jenner's facelift has managed to draw both praise and controversy.

Several months ago, she addressed claims she was ‘mad as hell’ over rumors about her $300,000 facelift.

The reality matriarch was said to be increasingly concerned that the results of the high-profile procedure were 'slipping' nearly a year after going under the knife.

Insiders alleged to Radar Online that she had been left furious with the outcome despite turning to the famed plastic surgeon to achieve her noticeably refreshed look in 2025.

The report even claimed the momager was so unhappy that she was considering a revision, while privately comparing her appearance to fellow stars Denise Richards and Lori Loughlin.

But Jenner wasted no time shutting down the chatter during a candid appearance on daughter Khloe Kardashian’s podcast Khloe in Wonderland.

Addressing the speculation head-on, she insisted the claims were untrue, making it clear she couldn’t be happier with both her results and the doctor behind them.

'Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,' Jenner began.

'The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at... I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth.

'It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.'

Doubling down on her support for Dr Levine, Jenner gushed, 'The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved.'

Khloe was surrounded by her family, including sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, for the bash

She went on to explain that while she would usually brush off the rumors, this time she felt compelled to respond because they were 'really hurting someone else' - pointing to Levine.

Jenner has been proudly showcasing her rejuvenated look at a string of elite events since going under the knife, including Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding celebrations.

She also turned heads at her own family’s famed holiday gathering, appearing noticeably younger than boyfriend Corey Gamble.

Reflecting on the facelift in an August 2025 interview with Vogue Arabia, Jenner explained: ‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’

She added on aging: ‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.

'If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.’

In October, Jenner discussed Dr Levine and revealed a ‘password’ the pair created for prospective patients.

‘He didn’t want the attention, which I loved,’ she said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. ‘I said, “But do I have your permission to say who you are?”

'And he goes, “Listen, I’ll tell you what. As long as we can come up with a password so that if somebody calls and says, I’m Kris Jenner’s best friend, and can I have a consultation? They have to say the secret password.”’

The reality star explained that the surgeon has received countless calls since her procedure, some from people claiming to be friends.

She added that being open about her surgery was important to ‘inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.’

Jenner’s facelift isn’t her first procedure.

She previously underwent a facelift in 2011 by Dr Garth Fisher, who also performed Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation in 2019.

Over the years, the momager has had Botox, a breast augmentation in the 1980s, earlobe reduction in 2018, and a ‘very scary’ hip replacement in 2022.
