Kourtney Kardashian doted on her husband Travis Barker in the hospital as he underwent a mystery surgery this week.
The reality star, 47, was seen planting a passionate kiss on her Blink-182 rocker partner, 50, as he wore a hospital gown and surgical cap ahead of his procedure.
The pair put on a typically loved-up display as Barker captioned the snap, 'My beautiful wife by my side.'
His daughter Alabama, whose mom is Barker's ex-wife Shanna Moakler, was also by his side.
Barker has not revealed why he is in hospital.
In 2023, he had surgery on his finger for a torn ligament.
In a post shared on Instagram in March 2023, Travis revealed that he had undergone surgery for a torn finger ligament.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Kardashian and Barker for comment and has yet to hear back.
The couple have been married since 2022 and share one son, Rocky, two.
In addition to Rocky, Kardashian is mom to Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11, with ex Scott Disick. And Barker shares three children, stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 27, Landon, 22, and Alabama, with Moakler.
Barker's Hulu documentary Louder Than Fear was released on August 13.
In the film, it was revealed that Kardashian suffered a 'devastating' miscarriage six months into her romance with the rockstar.
Barker also discussed the couple's love story, which began in 2021 after years of friendship.
He revealed he fell 'madly in love' with Kardashian and they felt blessed when they found out she was pregnant.
They were expecting a girl, and even shared the news with loved ones before a three-month scan revealed the tragic news that their baby no longer had a heartbeat.
