Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's son Kroy 'KJ' Biermann Jr has pled not guilty to a sexual assault case involving a female classmate as he is out of jail on a $200,000 bond.

According to legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the 15-year-old reality star has entered a not guilty plea to aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.

His attorney Jason Sheffield officially filed the not guilty plea with the Fulton County Superior Court on Monday and waived his client's formal arraignment which has currently been set for next Wednesday.

Sheffield also requested that a court hearing date be scheduled to Fulton County Juvenile Court.

The Daily Mail has reached out to the teen athlete's attorney and mother Zolciak for comment and both refused comment.

This comes weeks after he back home with his famous  mom after being released from jail following a near month-long stint behind bars.

KJ was released on a $200,000 bond over two weeks ago according to TMZ, after being charged in a sex assault case involving a female classmate.

A source told the outlet that he is currently staying with the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 48, who has full-time care of the teenager while her messy divorce battle with former NFL star Biermann, 41, continues to drag on.

Moving back in with Zolciak, whom he once called a 'horrible example of a parent' in police camera footage, was part of his bond conditions, along with attending school virtually.

He must also abstain from social media and cellphone use, and will be subject to electronic monitoring by authorities.

The teenager is also barred from having any direct or indirect contact with his alleged victim, her family or anyone under the age of 16.

A week prior, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge granted the order to release KJ on bond in a Georgia court, almost a month after the teen's August 17 arrest.

The incident with the female classmate allegedly occurred at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.

The teenager was indicted by a grand jury on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment.

Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy claimed in court that KJ had previously been charged with sexual battery of a minor in October 2025 – six months before the alleged incident with the classmate.

That case was adjudicated in juvenile court and KJ is currently under court supervision, which is set to expire in 2027.

KJ's attorney Jason Sheffield denied McGillicuddy's claims, telling the Daily Mail in a statement: 'The characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case.'

'The matter arose from inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers. It did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse, or any comparable offense. Any suggestion otherwise is inaccurate and creates a materially misleading impression of how the juvenile matter was ultimately resolved.'

In the plea for KJ's bond pertaining to the April allegations, Sheffield told the judge: 'This has been so traumatizing to [KJ] personally. He is not a boisterous kid. He is somewhat quiet.'

McGillicuddy responded by saying that the alleged victim in the April case had suffered 'documented physical injury' as a result of the alleged incident, which she described as 'predatory.'

Earlier this month, Sheffield filed a transfer request with the Fulton County Court to move KJ's case to Georgia's juvenile justice system, arguing that the teen is young enough to be rehabilitated.

KJ was supported by his parents Kim and Kroy at his bond hearing, as he could face a 25-year prison sentence due to multiple felony assault charges related to the alleged sexual assault.

Meanwhile, Zolciak and Biermann are in the middle of a very contentious separation and divorce which has yet to be finalized, but the two put their differences aside and put on somewhat of a united front at the latest court hearing.

Zolciak remained 'stone-faced' while sitting beside daughter Brielle, 29, while Biermann looked 'stressed' according to an eyewitness for the publication.

Zolciak and daughter Brielle refused to answer any questions about the case from reporters while leaving the courtroom.

Last month the matriarch, who appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, hit out at the allegations and maintained KJ's innocence in a statement to the Daily Mail as she branded them 'reckless and deeply troubling.'

Zolciak said: 'He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.

'My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed,' she claimed.

'Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.'

'We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations.'
