Jesy Nelson 'in advanced talks to join I'm A Celebrity in a six-figure deal - as bosses hope she'll spill the beans on her Little Mix exit'

Jesy Nelson is reportedly in advanced talks to sign up for the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 

It is said that the singer, 35, is currently negotiating a six-figure deal to enter the Australian jungle for the new series, with bosses hoping she'll dish the dirt on why she really left Little Mix.

Jesy is thought to have had 'a string of meetings' with show bosses, reports The Sun, with it being said the show will be 'just what she needs' after a tough couple of years.

The Boyz hitmaker announced in January 2026 that her twin daughters Ocean and Story, who she shares with her ex Zion Foster, were diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

Jesy has continued to raise awareness for the muscle-wasting disease, with a stint on the ITV show going a long way in helping her spread the message to millions. 

A source told the publication: 'Jesy has been negotiating with ITV for weeks and now the talks are at a very promising stage. For Jesy, doing I’m A Celebrity would be a huge boost for her professionally as well as personally.

'Continuing to raise awareness around SMA for her girls is something Jesy is very keen to do, and she knows she can use a platform like I’m A Celebrity to reach millions.'

They noted that challenge-loving Jesy is a 'huge fan' of the show and would love for the public to see a different side of her. 

The insider added: 'It would be very hard for her to be away from her daughters for three weeks, but she wants to make them proud.'

ITV bosses are said to be 'thrilled' to have made it to this stage of negotiations with the performer and have their fingers crossed that she'll sign a contract' in the coming weeks'.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives of ITV and Jesy Nelson for comment. 

Meanwhile, show bosses are hoping Jesy will speak about her time in Little Mix, with the star having quit the group suddenly in 2020 after nine years.

There has been no love lost between the girls since, with member Perrie Edwards revealing in June that she cut out 'difficult' Jesy from her life for good as she addressed the Little Mix feud.

In her recent documentary, Jesy said she had not seen her former bandmate since leaving the band over five years ago but didn't rule out a chance of a reunion.

However, Perrie has since said that it is very unlikely for the four to ever reunite as Jesy 'upset and hurt me in a way where there is no going back'.

It comes after Jesy proudly went Instagram official with her new boyfriend Ben Davies on Thursday after they had enjoyed a date night at the National Television Awards.

The singer had walked the red carpet solo for the ceremony on Tuesday, however, Ben was later spotted sitting beside her in the audience amid her nomination in the Authored Documentary category.

And taking to Instagram in the days following the glitzy event, the former Little Mix star officially hard launched their relationship as they posed for snaps in their all-black outfits for the NTAs.

Though she previously shared snaps in her hotel room highlighting her outfit and glam details, Jesy made sure to emphasise her romance in her newest post as she penned: 'Forgot to mention…' alongside a Speak-No-Evil Monkey and a black heart – alluding to the fact she'd been keeping him a secret. 

Jesy looked stunning in a Jessica Rabbit style black strapless dress which she teamed with matching black PVC long gloves and showed off her leg through a long thigh-split.

Meanwhile, Ben cut a dapper figure in a black scoop-neck vest that showed off his tattoos, with the bearded hunk teaming this with a black blazer and trousers. 

Jesy's post was met with a plethora of comments from her fans, who were quick to share their joy at her new relationship – which came following her split with Zion Foster at the beginning of the year.
