She's spent decades as one of Hollywood's most iconic actresses, beginning with her star-making turn in 1976's King Kong.
So it was no surprise to see Jessica Lange being honored with the Icon Award at the 27th Annual Newport Beach Film Festival.
The Tootsie star, 77, looked effortlessly stylish as she posed by the media wall in a chic pair of oversized light grey trousers and a tight top in a darker tone.
Fans on social media praised Lange's sophisticated wardrobe, with one writing, 'She always looks fabulous but I love this look.'
Another gushed, 'A true legend receiving a well-deserved honor. Congratulations, Jessica Lange.'
The event, which was held at the Balboa Bay Resort, was filled with many of Hollywood's up and coming stars, including Obsession breakout Inde Navarrette.

Navarrette, 25, is currently one of the frontrunners for a Best Actress nod at next year's Academy Awards.
Perhaps in a bid to strengthen her chances, Navarrette has shown face at countless industry events, including the Road to the Golden Globes party in Toronto, the 6th Annual Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles, and now the Newport Beach Film Festival.
Lange, of course, already has two Oscars under her belt.
She won Best Supporting Actress for 1982's Tootsie, and then took home Best Actress more than a decade later for 1994's Blue Sky.
Lange was also nominated for Best Actress for 1983's Frances, 1985's Country, 1986's Sweet Dreams, and 1990's Music Box.
She's also had incredible success on the small screen, winning her first Emmy for the 2009 HBO film Grey Gardens.
Lange scored another Emmy in 2012 for American Horror Story: Murder House and then won again for American Horror Story: Coven in 2014.
She recently returned to the American Horror Story franchise for its thirteenth season.

Lange has long been outspoken about the treatment of women in Hollywood.
In a 2019 interview, she said that the film industry is 'nowhere near' where it should be in terms of gender equality, but acknowledged that things have gotten somewhat better.'
The thespian also said that she'd like to take on more stage roles, but admitted that there aren't many parts available for women her age.
'That's one of the problems of being the age I am. I would love to be on the stage again. The reality is, there's not many parts for me to play,' she said.
Lange also said the quality of filmmaking has decreased compared to decades past.
'Everything's a trade-off. In the '70s, there were great directors doing great projects. When you look at the body of work from the late '60s through the '70s and into the early '80s — that was the heyday, I think, of American film. I really do,' she said.

'It became corporatized just like every other aspect of America, and it lost some of its, I don't know — some of its soul.'
Lange slammed the modern movie industry yet again in an interview with Vogue this month to promote her return to the American Horror Story franchise.
'I would love to do something on stage again. It’s been a couple years,' she said.
'I did a wonderful play two years ago called Mother Play, which was a great experience. As far as film, there’s nothing right now that really excites me that much,' she admitted.
'And you’ve got to be excited, because it’s a long, long haul. The idea that you would start something, and then regret your decision to do it would be terrible. So, maybe I’m done!'
