Jennifer Lopez has finally opened the doors to her new $18 million dream home located in Hidden Hills, California.

The 57-year-old singer snapped up the sprawling estate last year following her 2024 split from husband Ben Affleck.

In a Sunday Instagram post, the Bronx native could be seen inside the stunning home. In one photograph, she wore a while dress as she posed at her Steinway piano, and in another snap, Lopez was in her bedroom.

Other photos showed beige and pale pink flowers on display as well as a nicely decorated living room with a pink sofa and a large ottoman covered with art books.

'When the mood board comes to life,' wrote the star in her Instagram caption as she added a lion emoji.

After a year of renovations, the star moved into the home in May.

'Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie dreamhouse,' a source has told the Daily Mail.

'It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy. She is over the moon about it and really living out her "happy phase" with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free.'

'She also loves that the home reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is 'very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments,' added the insider.

The home is situated in the exclusive Hidden Hills enclave where neighbors include Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

The Office Romance actress posed in the backyard of the home in the spring. She was seen in a skimpy white bikini as she took a dip in the swimming pool.

The photo was taken at a house party, where her teenage twins Max and Emme - whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony - her mother Guadalupe, father David, manager Benny Medina and vocal coach Stevie Mackey, were also pictured.

Also spied was her photographer friend Ana Carballosa and her stylist pal Shawn 'Beezy' Barton.

Lopez purchased her new 8,600-square-foot equestrian estate in Hidden Hills in February 2025.

She spent a year renovating the house after buying it in 2025

The New England inspired house is situated on 2.5 acres and is fully gated for privacy with mature trees lining the backyard so no one can see in.

The main house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen and a custom home theater.

There is also a guest house, a pool house, a swimming pool with attached hot tub and full equestrian facilities with a five-stall barn, a tack room, and a private riding arena.

The home used to be owned by musician John Fogerty whose hit songs are Fortunate Son and Have You Ever Seen The Rain?

The renovations on the residence began not long after she purchased the Hidden Hills home.

A source previously told the Daily Mail, 'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction.

'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.'

The insider added that the On The Floor hitmaker 'renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own.'

In June 2025, blue tarps could be seen covering portions of the abode in the midst of construction.

For the past three years, Lopez was residing in the massive $60 million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood of West Los Angeles.

She and Affleck had difficulty selling the large home complete with guest house, tennis court and infinity pool so he 'gifted' it to her post split.

In April Lopez re-listed the complex with a big discount at $50 million. It is not known if the home has sold yet.

The listing describes the property as 'the ultimate celebrity compound.'

'Set within one of the city's most secure gated enclaves, this newly rebuilt estate spans five acres on a commanding promontory, opening to sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion,' the description added.

In the images of the mansion for the latest listing, all of Lopez's personal items are removed with little sign she ever lived there.

Which confirms she has fully moved into the remodeled Hidden Hills home.

The Daily Mail reported last month that Lopez has been in Italy over the summer to shoot a new Dolce & Gabbana campaign.

She is also planning an international tour for next year.

And this is all in addition to the two movies she will have to promote - The JLo Show, about her recent Las Vegas residency, and the upcoming crime thriller The Last Mrs Parrish.

'She is working her tail off because she wants to stay busy, though there is some concern she may burn out,' said a source close to the singer. 'But this it is how she stays sane during this weird time in her life.'

That 'weird time' has to do with some major life shifts.

Not only is she staying single after a bitterly painful divorce from Affleck, but her twins Max and Oskar, formerly known as Emme, are heading off to college leaving her with an empty nest.
