Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's $61m marital home taken off market AGAIN amid over year-long struggle to sell

Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband Ben Affleck's year-and-a-half long struggle to sell their $61 million marital home has taken a surprising turn.

The Daily Mail can confirm that the former couple's mansion in Beverly Hills has been pulled off the market for a second time just months after a $16 million price reduction.

The listing for the impressive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate is no longer active on the MLS as of January 25, leaving fans to wonder what Lopez and Affleck's next move might be.

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail showed four large moving trucks parked in the driveway on Monday, though its unclear what was being done at the home.

The exes purchased the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom abode located in the exclusive Beverly Crest neighborhood back in 2023 following their August 2022 wedding.

They have been trying to offload the 46,000sq ft property since June 2024 - two months before Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck after two years of marriage.

It was first listed for a whopping $68 million - $8 million more than the couple original paid.

But after a failed escrow and over a year on market without a buyer, Affleck and Lopez decided to take the home they once shared off the market in July 2025.

It was later re-listed in September of last year for $52 million and after just four months, they've reportedly removed the listing again. 

Despite being unable to offload their marital home, both Affleck and Lopez have since purchased new properties for themselves as they move on from their divorce.

Affleck purchased and moved into a $20 million bachelor pad in the Pacific Palisades, just blocks away from ex-wife Jennifer Garner, in August 2024.

Lopez snapped up a $21 million home for herself in Kim Kardashian's beloved Calabasas neighborhood last February after finalizing their divorce.

But the On The Floor hitmaker has reportedly still been living in her and Affleck's Beverly Hills mansion while her new home underwent extensive renovations over the last year.

'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction,' a source told the Daily Mail last year. 'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.' 

On Tuesday, photos of Lopez's Calabasas abode showed moving trucks parked in her driveway - signaling that she and her 17-year-old twins Max and Emme may finally be moving in.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Lopez and Affleck for comment but has yet to hear back.

Just hours before the latest news on his and Lopez's marital home broke, Affleck, 53, was seen looking chipper as he stopped by the Langham Hotel in Pasadena.

The Oscar-winner had on a stylish outfit that included a tan peacoat, a navy blue button-up shirt and skinny slacks.

He carried a coffee in one hand as he appeared to leave his car at the five-star hotel's valet.

Meanwhile, his ex-wife Lopez, 56, put her perky cleavage on display as she took to Instagram to share her makeup routine with her 246 million followers.

Lopez wore a low-cut burgundy bra and matching high-waisted leggings as she sat down to beautify herself.

She touted her new JLo Beauty product in the clip, 'Spotlight Silhouette' neck serum, and declared in the caption that she was exuding 'happy era energy.'

'First thing in the morning, getting my gym clothes on. Getting ready, already washed my face,' was the first thing she said in the snippet.

Before Lopez used the latest item from her beauty brand she put on an earlier staple from the range, JLo Glow.

'And then I put on that Spotlight Silhouette, which is our new neck serum,' she told her audience. 'It's an important finishing touch, I think, because the skin on our neck is so much more delicate.'

The Bronx-bred singer said she's 'really seen a change' in her neck and décolletage since developing her elixir.   

The mom of two went on to showcase each step in her makeup ritual as she layered foundation, bronzer, blush, and other cosmetics.

Her fans heaped praise on her in the comments and the post collected more than 100,000 likes in three hours.

Lopez is in between her Las Vegas residency shows after performing at The Colosseum from December 30-January 3.

Up All Night will continue from March 6-28.

The lifelong performer announced the series of performances last May, sharing the poster online.

She wrote on social media at the time: 'SURPRISE JLOVERS! We’re back! I’m doing a residency in Las Vegas!

While on stage earlier this month, the hitmaker said she wants her next romantic partner to 'accept' her for all that she is.

The songstress – whose divorce from Ben Affleck, 53, was finalized in February 2025 – opened up about the meaning behind her 1999 song If You Had My Love.

In an Instagram clip from one of her residency performances, she said: 'When I first sang it, I was very young. I was a little baby in the woods and I sang it with a lot of hope.

'But I've also [sung] it over the years. I've [sung] it while I was sad and I've [sung] it when I was happy. But now, today, you know how I sing it? I sing it in power.

'Because the truth is, if you wanted to have my love, you would have to earn it. You would have to treat me right. You would have to respect me.

'You'd have to accept me for all that I am. You'd have to love me if you wanted my love.'

The On The Floor artist – who has been married four times – added: 'Love is a complicated thing and I know that you can't have love without heartbreak. You can't. That's what you sign up for.'
