Mariah Carey and Anderson .Paak are taking their 'brewing' relationship in stride and 'aren't forcing anything,' an insider has revealed.
The new couple appeared to confirm their romance on Sunday after being snapped holding hands while dining together at Duemani restaurant in Aspen, Colorado.
Shedding insight into their liaison, a source revealed that Mariah, 55, is eating up 38-year-old Anderson's infectious joy and the pair love hanging out with each other – especially as there are 'no hidden agendas'.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, the source said: 'Anderson is such a joyful and fun person to be around.
'He is funny, brilliant and infects joy in everyone he is around, and Mariah has caught on to his nature and is eating it all up.
'They just have natural fun around each other and their brewing relationship has no obstacles to it because they aren't forcing anything or getting serious about it.'

'Everything has been so easy, there are no hidden agendas, they just get each other. If they end up continuing at this pace, the sky is the limit,' the source continued, adding: 'They are just taking it in stride as they love hanging out with each other.'
According to the source, the possible couple is also interested in collaborating professionally, with the insider telling DailyMail.com: 'They also want to collab with music, but just like their relationship, they aren't forcing anything, they are letting it all happen naturally, letting life happen.'

Details of their blossoming new romance comes as the two artists were seen cozying up to each other on Sunday while enjoying a meal out.
Mariah had her hands gently placed on Anderson as they remained in close proximity to one another.
While sitting across from one another inside the restaurant, an insider observed Anderson leaning over the table and kissing Mariah's hand.
Their public display of affection comes after the pair were spotted holding hands during a dinner break on December 22.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the Leave The Door open singer sweetly held her hand as they entered Catch Steak restaurant.
