Nicky, 59, shared the bottom three spots with famed Australian actress Sigrid Thornton (R) and former Love Island Australia star Tina Provis (L).

'I'm feeling really good. I think we all had this extra special time in here and I did everything I wanted to do,' she said.

'I just feel really calm and I'm really rapt with the experience and I'm really rapt to come out as well.

'It was such a surreal experience and best thing that I've ever done. I can't believe it. I'm so grateful.'

It comes after Nicky won fans in IAC last month after sharing what it was like being a TV presenter on The Sale of the Century while pregnant with her son in 1997.

Speaking on an episode of I'm A Celebrity two weeks ago, she said she was heavily criticised for wearing figure-hugging dresses that showed off her baby bump.

She told her campmates how the 'fax machines at Channel Nine were jammed with requests from people complaining' about her appearance on air.

'They were saying that it was disgusting. That I should be taken off until I've had the baby. Then the magazines all ran articles. The newspapers, the radio stations,' she said.

'A Current Affair did a story on it. And I'd be on the cover of the newspaper with the headline, "Is this woman too big for television?"'

'Channel Nine news said they had fax machines jammed with requests from people to get me off the air,' she continued.

Despite the backlash, Nicky revealed she continued to work until a week before her son was born.

'If I had that much hate now I don’t know how I'd cope,' she admitted.

'But I must have had some really good hormones going around because I was like "whatever".'

It comes after Nicky revealed the shocking reason why she was fired from her Perfect Match hosting role during Monday's episode of I'm A Celebrity.

The TV presenter hosted the Channel Ten dating show in the early 1990s alongside Greg Evans.

Nicky claimed she was fired from the role after six months because she wasn't acting 'flirty' enough on camera.

'My show was called Perfect Match, and then when they brought it back it was Blind Date. That was before I did Sale [of the Century],' Nicky explained.

'And after six months only... I got the sack.'

'They wanted me to come out all giggly and flirty and I'd go "Yeah sure" but I didn't want to look like a bimbo.'

Fellow campmate Dave Hughes asked Nicky if she felt relieved to be off the show.

'No, I was shattered. I was embarrassed,' she admitted.

'And when I got the sack I went and studied voice lessons and got acting lessons to get over my fear of what people think of me.'

Nicky shares three sons with husband Murray Bingham- Cooper, 27, Jasper, 26, and Baxter, 22 - co-hosted Sale of the Century for six years with Glenn Ridge.

Murray, who is a model, was also a regular fixture on the program.

After Sale of the Century ended, Nicky went on to host segments for Good Morning Australia and the Today show, and was event a contestant on Dancing with the Stars
