I'm A Celeb 2024 winner Danny Jones has revealed how gruelling jungle life left all the campmates 'really struggling deep down'.
The McFly singer, 38, was crowned King Of The Jungle last week after pipping WAG Coleen Rooney, also 38, to the post during the live final.
Danny recalled the horrific thunderstorms the celebrities were forced to endure in camp, but also admitted his return to the lap of luxury and cast's 5 star hotel left him 'unbelievably ill' - after overeating.
He told bandmate Harry Judd, who guest hosted Magic Radio Breakfast with Harriet Scott, on Friday: 'The first three or four days I was freaking out and then that rainstorm came and it was a real deep depression'.
'It was like "this is hard" and we really relied on each other to get through it. Oti [Mabuse] was amazing, she was so happy and positive and I was trying to being that energy as well even though deep down we were all really struggling'.

He then went on to detail the camp's diet of rations and how a sumptuous breakfast at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort and Spa after his win sent his body into shock and left him 'unbelievably ill' with diarrhea.
‘I came back to the hotel and had two breakfasts - I had a banana bread sandwich with fruit, maple syrup and cream. I doubled that up with a baked croissant, egg, halloumi and avocado sandwich with a cup of tea'.
He went on: 'From there I went into a vanilla milkshake, then I did another crispy chicken burger and chips. In the evening I had chicken and mushroom pasta and then for two days I had to take Imodium. I was so ill it was unbelievable'.
Speaking about rations he said: ‘It’s one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done. The boredom is real, the hunger is real - we’re on 500 calories a day with no stars. If you get one or two stars you’re getting a wallaby leg or an eel with a few bits of veg, so the calories don’t go up much.
'I remember [bandmate and former King of the Jungle Dougie Poynter] saying to me "you’re going to be picking up other people’s rations and eating from their chewed bones" and I did that!.
After being crowned King Of The Jungle Danny made the most of his luxurious accommodation and shared a clip to his Instagram as she relaxed in a huge bubble bath while sipping on a beer.
He showed off his toned shirtless physique and many inkings as he happily larked about enjoying life after the Jungle saying: 'Cheers everyone! King of the Jungle! I'll see you all very soon!'
Danny then penned in the caption: 'Cough cough *King's voice* Dear loyal subjects, I can decree that one has changed one's boxers…

'Thank you everyone for voting, it truly means the world. I'll see you all very soon #imaceleb.'
Just before Danny flashed his abs as he celebrated his win with the beer in a series of shirtless snaps uploaded to his Instagram.
Fresh from camp, Danny stood on his hotel bed in the programmes trademark red shorts and felt hat.
Tilting his hat he winked and showed off his moustache in the series of sun photos before toasting the camera.
Danny captioned the update: 'G'day from your new King of the Jungle.'
It comes after viewers claimed Danny got 'all the screen time' ahead of winning the ITV series, which clinched him the crown.
During the final episodes he was given a secret mission to hide a number of figurines around camp, resulting in increased screen time.
Taking to X, viewers voiced their thoughts, writing: 'Bit too much screen time for Danny tonight. Be fair.' 'Danny getting 90% of the screen time'... 'Danny and Oti getting all the screen time.' 'Can we give more screen time to Barry and Richard, tired of constantly being Danny, Oti and Maura.'
'I'm looking at screen time, Alan and Danny'... 'The last couple of eps have made it clear he's way ahead IMO.' 'Most obvious winner of this show in years and it’s not even close.'
