Celebrity hair stylist Brittney Ryan is the force behind Jessica Alba's stunning hair look at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
"We are going for an elevated but chic big blowout today. The dress is so stunning and the focal point so we want the hair down, soft, and almost effortless," Brittney told E!.
We asked the stylist what products you need to recreate the look at home, plus styling tips for getting your blow out to look its best and last.
"The best way to prep the hair the day or morning before is to make sure your hair is clean and not oily. If your hair gets frizzy and big when it’s first blown out, wash and condition it the night before. But if not, the morning of works. If there is too much oil in the hair, it will be too flat and won’t hold your style as well," she explained.
"Prepping the hair is key and then when blow drying the hair, I set it either in rollers or clips and let it cool, to get maximum volume at the roots."
