Holly Hagan wowed in a skimpy blue bikini as she revealed she has lost 9lb in 30 days after welcoming her second child three months ago.

The former Geordie Shore star, 34, gave birth to her daughter Madison-Darci in June and the mother-of-two has been dedicating herself to her new fitness routine this last month.

Sharing the results after her fitness journey this past month, the star took to Instagram as she shared the bikini snaps as well as her most recent workout after hitting day 30 of her challenge.

She told fans: 'It's day 30, I am 9lbs down. I've not worked out for 10 days because I have been so busy so now no more excuses we are getting back to it. It is so easy to make excuses but I am practicing what I preach.'

Holly then got stuck into an at home Boxfit workout as she incorporated squats, lunges, jabs and hooks into an energetic routine.

The star captioned the post: 'Officially 1 month since I started my journey and 9lb down! Super happy with my progress.

'I’ve not worked out in about 10 days due to work commitments but today I’m back prioritising me!

'Just because one thing can’t be done doesn’t mean you can’t progress.. you just need to adapt it to your circumstances not throw the towel in because you can do everything perfectly!'

Holly is a certified nutrition coach, fitness trainer and nervous system practitioner after spending years struggling with crash diets and cosmetic surgery as a result of body image issues.

Focusing on helping other mums achieve lasting fitness results, the star now runs her own business Team Fitty Mama.

The star also previously spoke about her BBL regret after she explained she was on a mission to 'reduce her BBL naturally' after gaining weight during her first pregnancy in 2023.

'I’ve been working so hard to reduce this bbl naturally over the last few years and let’s be honest the bbl is still bbling and probably always will but adding some heavy resistance sessions has helped so much!

'The fact that i can squat over my body weight, hip thrust big weights and actually feel fit and strong is amazing.'

Holly continued: 'I’ll be honest, fitness never used to be my goal, in the past my goal was always skinny. And I didn’t care how I got there.

'But now being able to eat all the foods I love every day, and not having a complete meltdown about this last minute trip because I didn’t have time to starve before hand has been so freeing.

'Learning to live a balanced and active life has been an absolute game changer. But it wasn’t a one time thing. You can’t unlearn 25 years of diet culture in a year. It takes time.

'When my clients leave and come back a few months later and feel disheartened they couldn’t stick to it I want you to know it’s completely normal.

'It takes time and to give yourself some grace if you are on a fat loss journey each time you restart you have learnt something from the last!'

The star gave birth to her second child in June after a planned C-section on her and her husband Jacob Blyth's fourth anniversary.

Jacob penned on Instagram as he announced their little one's arrival: 'Happy Anniversary to the wifey ❤️ 9 years together, 4 years married. What a week this is for us. AJ's birthday, baby girl's birthday, anniversary.

'Thank you for delivering one of the greatest gifts a man can receive….a daughter. Yesterday's feeling will stay with me for the rest of my life. Here's to raising our little family together.'

On her Instagram Story Holly spoke about her C-section, writing in a caption: 'When you get judged for having a C-section but your baby's on the 96th centile and could barely fit out of the sunroof never mind the vag LOL.

'She's here safe and well. I'm so tired but absolutely fine and guys... she latched INSTANTLY.'

Their friends and family were quick to congratulate them in the comments of the post.

Her pregnancy came during a very difficult time for the reality star, following the tragic death of her 19-year-old half-sister, Darci Rose Gibson.

Darci tragically died after she accidentally overdosed on crystal MDMA while partying with friends in Manchester in October 2025.

And Holly previously said her unborn baby – whom she told her sister about a month before her death – and Alpha-Jax have helped her cope with the tragedy and navigate her grief.

Holly and Jacob tied the knot in Ibiza in 2022 after five years of dating and went on to become parents the following year, with the arrival of Alpha-Jax in June.

The couple revealed in December that they were expecting a baby girl in an emotional gender reveal video, after Holly admitted she had been getting 'girl vibes' and Alpha-Jax had said he wanted a sister.
